Used to love this company, spent thousands with them. Recently, though, if I send something back they have randomly reduced the refund price, so that I do not receive the full price that I paid for shoes.
Also their refunds have been taking way too long and I have had to contact them to prompt the refund.

Black Friday Sales 20% off store wide as per their email and website, however when you try to apply your discount offer you cannot apply as you have to apply their Black Friday Sales 20% discount code leaving no room for your discount voucher. This is false advertising as you can’t have both vouchers which I believe there is no Black Friday Sales 20% because this should not be a voucher as this is an advertised sale not a discount voucher. Disreputable advertising I will never purchase from this company again. Be warned think twice before purchasing as they are not the cheapest online shoe company and their misleading sale information is deceptive and deceiving.

Shoes arrived months late. When they eventually arrived they didn’t fit, so I asked to exchange for another size.. only to be told I was outside the exchange period. Staff were totally uninterested in helping me and gave snide and unprofessional replies. Never again

I returned a pair of shoes worth $127.00. I returned the shoes using your preferred courier. You say the shoes never arrived so I'm out of pocket. I bought quite a few pairs of shoes from you, never again. The worst bit, you were totally disinterested in helping me resolve this. Be warned.

I bought a pair of grey perforated boots with side zippers when I ordered they said that the boot was leather but when I had a look on the bottom of boot it said man made upper man made lining and it’s supposed to be made in Australia but actually made in China, very disappointing.

Boots came so quickly - 2days (I live in NZ). I’m always wary when buying online but this company is 100% legit. Exactly as shown on website. Very happy

I had excellent customer service from Styletread when I accidentally printed their return label and stuck it to my ASOS return parcel instead. I emailed Styletread asking if they could return my ASOS bag and that I was willing to pay for postage. They asked me to send them the ASOS return label and they forwarded my parcel for me and kept me updated by email. I thought I lost $200+ worth of ASOS refund but their customer service was excellent and I couldn't thank them enough.

I buy all my shoes at Styletread ever since 2013 and I love their easy return.

Faulty boots, sent photos, advised I was eligible for refund but unless I send them back for them to destroy or I CUT THEM UP and send photo of proof they will not refund me. THEY ARE FAULTY REGARDLESS AND A REFUND IS DUE!!! I will not buy anything from here again. And will be warning others 😡😡😡

I've ordered many pairs through Styletread over the last few years, and I've never been disappointed. The quality of the shoe will, of course, always depend on the brand that you buy but I've always been happy with the items I've ordered.
Delivery is always extremely fast in my experience, and their customer service is fabulous. Highly recommend!

Ordered a pair of shoes from Style tread weeks ago, money was taken out and order confirmed. I was sent an email saying they were packing my order.
It was supposed to take 4 days to arrive being Christmas I allowed extra time so let the week run out. I sent numerous emails following up my order to be sure it would arrive before Christmas and no response. Called them today and was told they sold out and won't be able to get any. After weeks of them knowing this they have now left me with having to replace the order via somewhere else and waiting on a refund that won't be processed before Christmas. The service was poor and could have been handled much better, to have to chase up and order that was supposed to be processed weeks ago yourself isn't what I would of expected. I'd rate them lower if I could.

I love the range of shoes and the quick delivery.

Good Australian shoe shopping site with a wide range of fashionable and sensible shoes. It's good to note that a bunch of quality brand with comfortable but fashionable heels (esp mid-height) is always represented on the site.
Customer service is overall good with free delivery over $65 and free returns, on which styletread is decently quick to honor reimbursement.
I order multiple pairs and keep my favourite: it works and I recommend the site!
