Well what can I say, I ordered 2 items, they advised delivery, I never received the items. They want me to pay extra for the shipping to resend. Apparently Evri lost the parcel and they advised that the company should refund me and then they contact Evri to sort it out. They keep refusing my refund, keep trying to get me to pay additional postage and keep refusing that is any issue of theirs. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Also think it's Chinese due to the time I get the emails. Looks like I've lost my £40.

Okay so this was my first time ordering and got to say. The product came out AMAZING! I ordered a shirt and metal card for my boyfriend’s wallet. They’re great quality and for the price I think is so very worth it. I don’t have any pics due to my boyfriend living 1000 of miles away lol but I seen it via vc and me and him absolutely love it. The pictures also came out so well and good! Will definitely be ordering again! Tysm!!!

Really big scammers. I am now obligated to use legal means since they forced me to be unable to cancel the order. Please do not buy from them as they have a dubious ethic.

Great case! I ordered the clear pink case for the iPhone and one for the Galaxy and the pictures look really clear and good quality. The case itself is really thin and protective with good buttons!

I was a bit apprehensive ordering from the US based on past deliver issues however very surprised by the speed of delivery and the quality. Spent a lot of time designing my unique phone covers and they certainly stand out and get attention. Great product, very good to use. Friendly practical simple web site to upload designs

The waiting process was long, but the product quality is fantastic, ordered on January 11th and received my order on January 24th. Ordered a custom phone case and the quality is great, I'm super satisfied, to be honest and it came out better than i thought it would

Was super easy to Input my image into their site and shipped super fast. Great quality phone case and id highly recommend this :] i drew a character of mine and the colors are really accurate to what i drew yk besides the darker brown i did isnt as visible but still super great quality.

The experience with Styletify became a sweet of after a bitter experience due to USPS mess up. I ordered a iPhone 14 Pro customized back cover for my wife’s phd graduation with her graduation photo, which was actually supposed to be in my hand by December 31, 2023; but after the product reached to the US, there was no update on the tracking for almost 10days. I contacted styletify, and they promptly replied and started an investigation with USPS. They kept contacting me with the updates, and the product was in my hand on 13th January 2024. Though delayed, we are happy with the product, it was exactly what I was looking for and the customer service was really great!!

Unbelievable. I’m never one to write a review no matter good or bad experience but this time, I really feel the need to. I’ve ordered from Styletify before and I was satisfied with everything but this time, it’s as if it’s a completely different company. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve been in contact with them several times but they’re useless and only give half hearted promises of looking into the matter. I’m so disappointed and after reading the reviews here, I’m furious.
Update: I was in contact with them for weeks but they just kept sending the same responses over and over. They couldn’t tell me where my package was and they couldn’t refund me the money. They kept saying they’d send me a new package but that I had to pay for the shipping. After weeks of this nonsense, I reached out to paypal and filed a complaint through them. And theeen all of a sudden, they offered to send me a new shipment for free and a few days later I got it. Almåsa three months after I ordered the product.
I’m never going to order from them again. To have to go through what I went through for months without them wanting to help solve my problem or even bother to track my package was annoying as hell. That is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with.

Mostly happy with my order. The phone case itself is excellent quality. My only issue is the printing shows a little bleeding around the edges. Not enough for me to give a bad review.

Can’t comment on the service other than to say I had no issues so there was no need for me to contact.

I ordered a personalised phone case and pillow and have been blown away by how good the quality is on both, they both look very expensive, the pillow is silly soft and the picture has come out so well, the phone case was a collage and has a really nice feel to the finish, thank you so much
