Great service! I made a goof where i ordered the wrong model of custom case, and asked if i could refund. They were incredibly responsive and kind even though i made such a dumb decision, and helped me get a case in my size at a discount. The shipping was a bit long, but other than that, the case was pretty high quality. 10/10

Got 2 phone cases now. Both amazing! Would 100% recommend. :)

Updated. They asked me many times to remove the review with the promise of the money back for the case that I never got. A total rip-off. I'll be posting bad reviews every single day until I get my money back.

Very disappointing experience. I bought a custom-made phone case which never got delivered. Despite the page mentioning they shipped worldwide, the product never arrived. After contacting customer service, they asked to investigate and ask the courier, which I did, and who confirmed they never received the item. I came back to customer service with it, and they proposed to remake it and ship it back, but I should pay the delivery cost. I didn't accept this and requested a full refund, considering they can't guarantee the item will be delivered. Almost 50 dollars down the bin. Such a disappointment.

Cacelled the item within minutes of ordering after I realised it would not arrive in time. They replied:

"This is international trade, the bank will charge about 30% service fee when we refund the money to you, please kindly let us know if this is ok for you."

I paid by PayPal so this isn't true, such an awful company that has no respect for customers.

I ordered my phone case June 4th I have evidence of everything and I have yet not to receive my phone case it is now basically July 16th no word no nothing and it's entire time I just want my money back or I would appreciate it if they just made my phone case at this point

This cases are amazing and great expectations from delivery service as well.

Customer service or gaslighting?

I’ve had 13 email exchanges with Styletify trying to explain that they sent my order to the wrong address. Not only did they ignore this, they kept trying to re-send the same products I no longer wanted to the same wrong location.

I already replaced the items at the Apple Store weeks ago and have asked repeatedly for a refund. Instead, they gaslit me, argued, and dragged it out like they’re hoping I’ll just give up.

They also saw my bad reviews and tried to bribe me with a $12 refund (my order was $68) to take my reviews down.

If you value your time, sanity, or money, avoid this company. God forbid you have a problem. True customer service doesn’t exist at Styletify. It’s deflection disguised as support.

Styletify is great! I wanted to order another case, exactly like one I had ordered months ago, and they made it quick and easy. I loved my case so much, I ordered a second one!

The phone case is okay, but it is blurry and dull. Not at all like advertised, with white bits around the edges of the image. I would assume the image is of poor quality but I have used this exact image before to make a phone case for a different phone and gotten pristine vibrant colours and none of these issues. Problem wase I couldn't remember the site I got that one from and ended up using this one instead. It fits fine, and otherwise the quality seems...decent. overall I wouldn't say it's worth the price but it is definitely a phone case.

Item was made and shipped within 48 hours of ordering,and i absolutely love the quality of the wallet case - this is the second one i've purchased from then,it's hard leather-like exterior holds up for a long time before wearing,and it's never popped a stitch-ever. the plastic edges that grip the phone don;t break-off,so you don't have to deal with your phone popping free or sliding out unexpectedly-i've gone though SEVERAL other wallet phone cases from other companies,most cases only lasting 8 months or so before a corner breaks. Case is easy to wipe down if dirty, and the image is the exact color, size, and placement I wanted. The website is SUPER easy to use in designing your case, front and back - directions are clear and you can see what you’re doing while doing it. My previous case I purchased from here lasted 3 years and 3 months (I bought back in 2022) before the threads that hold the cards in place stretched too much and my cards started slipping out of their own accord, but that’s also mostly my fault for over packing for so many months. If I had paid attention to the recommendations for my style case, it clearly inferred that I shouldn’t try to put 22 cards in there, lol. I should have ordered a separate wallet for all that nonsense (which I’m doing this time around). By that point the image was faded from the bending part of the wallet, but there were still no popped stitches or cracks even after all that time. Thoroughly happy with this company and my purchase; I definitely recommend them and will be ordering again in the future

i purchased a custom phone case, they had many stock images to choose from but i was able to upload a specific image. i placed my order and tracked it's progress through delivery,Styletify us a good source for personalized items. the phone case is definitely worth the 20 dollars. thanks

This is an edited review update. The company reached out to me and we agreed on a replacement case.

This alternative is appreciated because of my first experience. I received the photo of the replacement case, and will come back and add a 5th star once the case is delivered.

I ordered 2 cases for 2 cellphones, the orders came in. 1 case fit good, the other case did not fit. So I reply via email showing pictures of the 1 case and cellphone that it did not fit. It's been 12 days since I emailed them about the 1 case, and they did not reply back. So if you buy a case from them...you will be happy if the case fits good, but if they give you the wrong case and did not fit, don't expect them to do anything about it.

I am obsessed with my new case! I got the one with attached card case. The quality is outstanding. I am always a little nervous when ordering from a new website, especially when you don’t see the product first so I don’t have high expectations but when I got my case, it blew me out of the water. The quality is amazing. The picture was perfect and the wallet with snaps will hold so much safely.The details like l at her around edges really stand out. I have already sent the website to a friend and my daughters to make their cases. Will definitely order again!

I ordered a personalized phone case which never got here. They made me pay an additional $12 delivery fee to get a remake. Sounds like they do this all the time. It also doesn't say it is coming from China which I try to avoid due to the length of shipping times. Link to this site was through Apple, they should stop promoting a company of this quality.

i use this site for the two custom phone cases that i had made about 1-2 years ago and they are holding up well

My 2 cell phone cases i picked with different family pictures on it came, and was absolutely wonderful. Delivery was actually pretty fast. I highly recommend this company if your looking for products
