Horrible customer service

I had to return two items- one opened and one unopened- because it was defective. I sent the company tracking information as well as tracking status showing that they received my items over two weeks ago. Since then, no correspondence and no refund. Starting to think this company is a fraud. Every time they respond to a complaint they have the same exact form that they use. They have not responded to my recent emails since I returned my items. Right now I am out the cost of two items for a total of $90 plus shipping, which was $13. Horrible customer service!!

Failed to deliver purchased product

Purchased over a month ago, after 2 weeks I started messaging because shopping seemed to be stalled. They blew me off every time, holding my money but refusing to investigate. Now we’re 3 working days out from Xmas, I’m in a rural area with no shops, and limited post deliveries, and they say too bad, we think it’s lost, cancelling your order. No apology, no acknowledgement that my concerns all along were valid. For all I know they’re a scam company after my personal and credit card info. Never again. Cannot recommend.

The item is fake! The box differs greatly from what I saw in the store and the smell is extremely weak. I sprayed the fragrance 2x on my hand and within a minute the smell dissipated. I had reached out to customer service regarding my situation, the day I received the item, they refused to give me a refund based on their refund policy. That is, when the product has been opened and used you cannot acquire a refund. In my case, I was sold a fake product. Buyers, stay clear of this company! There are reputable companies out there that sell authentic fragrances. This company is a fraudulent one !!!

No Warranty Coverage When Buying From StyleRule

I bought GHD Platinum Styler from them. It stopped working after two uses. First I reached out to GHD, but they said the product is not covered by their warranty because StyleRule is not an authorized reseller.

Then I contacted StyleRule and ask them to comment on GHD statement and let me know how to proceed with defective product. They asked me to write an email to StyleRule support and attach product photos and video showing defective behavior. I did all of this and in 2 weeks got a response that according to their return policy I should return product within 30 days unused. Which is ofc not possible.

So in fact StyleRule sells the product with no warranty. If you get defective one, you are not protected and in fact you can do nothing but complain to Consumer Protection authorities.
