Missing items from my order

Missing items from my order. After contacting I was offered a discount, but now I am not getting any response from my emails. I received no discount for the 2 missing items. Would not recommend this company!!

Not what I ordered

As pictured and described, I ordered AG Ultradynamics "COLOUR CARE" extra firm finishing hairspray. That is not what I received. I received AG Ultradynamics hair spray with no mention of colour care on the label. The can is entirely different than what was ordered and the label is a "stick on" label adhered to a"blank" can. I now have 3 cans of what? Since this company is in Australia, no sense in getting involved in a return.

Not a Trustworthy Source…

I would not purchase from this company if you value the idea of getting what you pay for. I ordered 4 jars of pricey body butter. Two were fine but 2 were almost half empty. Their idea of customer service was to tell me I could ship them back at my expense. Would I have even received a refund if I did? Who knows. Talking to their customer service is like talking to a brick. My takeaway is that once they have your money, they plan on keeping it. If there's a problem, you're on your own.

Fake products at too good to be true…

Fake products at too good to be true prices, refuses to pay for return shipping. They are selling John Masters Organics citrus and neroli rinse in a 16 oz. size. Apparently, JM now sells a 16 oz. size online, but Whole Foods only sells their shampoo and cream rinse in 8 oz. JM official website charges $32 for the 16 oz. Citrus & neroli while Style Rule sells it at $14.99, which seems too good to be true. The product all smelled nothing like the original, and like it was turning rancid, going bad. The shipping paper inside the box does not list the company name, address, or phone #, which is suspicious. Style Rule's website does not list a toll-free or any customer service #.

They are telling me I must pay for return shipping on 3 16 oz. bottles which will be a good part of my $54 order.

Their customer service person responded with a lot of delaying tactics, asking for photos, bar code, order # when order # was on their OG email in the thread. They are clearly out to dump fake merchandise on people.

They may ship promptly, but that's part of their m.o. It doesn't mean you're getting authentic product. Any company that fails to put their business address and phone # on the shipping box and receipt and does not put it on their website is suspicious. Honest companies selling legit products don't do this.

I would leave zero stars if I could.

I would leave zero stars if I could.. they showed a shampoo on their website and I wrote to them saying is this exactly the one that will be sent to me because I do not like their new formula and said what it said on the front of that bottle and they assured me I would be getting what I saw so I ordered several bottles only to get the one that I said I did not want. I wrote them and they never heard back.. horrible horrible customer service
