Ordered two years ago and never received the items nor a refund. They don't reply to emails but rip off little girls. Despicable behavior, don't shop with the Sterniolo, they are scamming people.
Have purchased items from multiple drops and have had a great experience. All items were of excellent quality and came in a very timely manner

Ordered over a month ago and was receiving status updates up until Mar 4, when the shipment became in transit and has been till now. I tried contacting USPS but all I got was bot replies and no help on international orders. In parallel sent several email to sturnioclothing.com with no reply!

I ordered my tshirt on September 15th 2023 and still have received NOTHING. It was 50 bucks just for the shirt and the 15 dollar shipping. It never gave any confirmation or email. So please save your money and never buy from them ever.

Ordered a sweatshirt in July for 75 dollars total. It’s December and we still haven’t received the item. We’ve emailed several times asking them the status of the order and finally they sent an email saying our order will be refunded, but only for 54 dollars. However, we’ve yet to receive the refund and they are ignoring my emails. If I don’t receive a response, I’m going to report this company to the better business bureau. It’s too bad because my daughter loves the merchandise. Buyer beware.

Ordered in July, charged credit card. No response to emails. Four months later....NOTHING. no items, no responses, nothing. I will be contacting CC for dispute. Scam.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Do not order anything from here. My daughter spent $75 for a sweatshirt in June. It is now November. Not only do we not have the sweatshirt, but they do not respond back to the emails I have sent asking for the shirt or a refund.

Ordered an item on February 16 and after a month, I have not yet received it. Now, I see that the website is down and the only contact information provided is a gmail address. Fingers crossed I can get my money back.
