Delivery promise not kept.
We were promised 1 to 5 days delivery. But it's nearly 2 weeks passed still not received my order. I think this is disgraceful.

After your enquiry, we arranged for your chair to be resent with a new shipment to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the original delay was caused by an issue with our third party carrier, which was outside of our direct control, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused.

Chair is lovely
Chair is lovely, the Union Jack puts a modern twist on it. The delivery was great they carried it to the room I wanted it in and took the packaging away. You only have to screw the legs in which takes two minutes.

Lovely chair, looks great as accent chair. Seat is a bit hard, but reviews say it softens. Really easy ordering and very quick delivery.

Bought 2 chairs- one seat cushion is…
Bought 2 chairs- one seat cushion is firm (almost solid) and the other is soft. Feels like im acting out Goldilocks and the 3 bears! Asked customer service to swap over the seat so both were the same as I love the chairs but this wasn’t an option. So now I have to go to the ordeal of dismantling and finding boxes big enough to return. Shambles.

We understand how frustrating it must be to receive two chairs with a noticeable difference in seat firmness, especially when you were expecting them to feel the same. While all of our cushions are manufactured to the same specifications, there can be slight variations in comfort due to the nature of the materials used. For this reason, we’re unable to offer replacements based on firmness preference.
We’re glad to hear that you love the chairs overall, but we do appreciate that this situation has caused inconvenience.
Amazing customer service during difficult time.
I placed on order for a chair that was to be used by my dad who was leaving a hospice to return home. After placing my order we got funding for medial care for my dad so I contacted them to see if they could speed up the delivery (1-5 days). I had an immediate respite from a lady called Pauline who advised that given the circumstances they would rush the order through. Unfortunately, my dad’s health took a turn for the worse, meaning he was unable to return home. I contacted again asking to cancel the order, had immediate response from Pauline again confirming that order would be cancelled and no fees were due. Amazing and kind customer service at a time me and my family really needed it.

Bucket Chair
Easy to order. Delivered safely in just a couple of days. We are very happy with our purchase.
Only low point just showing a friend our purchase on line, Wayfair was the first site that came up with the same bucket chair. They were selling the same chair for £40 less !
