LOW QUALITY
The chair was low quality, flimsy and lightweight. The frame gave way and one of the legs caved in within just over 2 years. It had barely been used and was mainly decorative.
It was out of warranty by a matter a days.
Customer service very blunt and unhelpful.

I ordered an armchair in scarlet velvet but I would say it’s pink. However, it’s very nice and looks great.
I would suggest that swatch samples are an option before purchase. Good value

Amazing customer care
Courier didn't turn up on the day and time allocated but Stunning Chairs sorted this out for us straight away. Communication was very fast and really helpful. When the recliner arrived it was very easy to assemble and really is a "stunning chair". Apart from issue with the courier (a seperate company) the experience with Stunning Chairs couldn't be faulted.

Beautiful Chair
I was looking for an accent chair for weeks and came across this one with a foot stool, wasn’t sure how it was going to look considering the great price but ordering was easy and delivery was very quick. Opening the box I was over the moon with the look and quality.

Exceedingly poor delivery and…
Exceedingly poor delivery and communication. For a company delivering chairs in the heart of the city of London they have not made any parking arrangement nor requested the customer – me – for booking parking in advance. The delivery guys come and expect me to provide them with the parking in the narrow streets of the city of London. When I speak with their customer service, instead of apologising for not letting us know earlier so that we could make arrangements, the lady was defiant and rude and said that they assume that customers will make arrangements for parking. We’ve had huge amounts of furniture delivered to our offices and we’ve never had a situation like this.
The delivery guys were very good people; they apologise for being late for our delivery because they had similar parking situation as the company had not communicated with any of their customers regarding parking.
Regarding the chairs, they look very pretty and seem sturdy, but they are not comfortable at all. The backs are too straight and they leave a gap between in the lower back and nobody wants to sit on them.

Beautiful chair, great value
Quick efficient delivery. Love the chair. I bought the gold one and it’s not too yellow and bright just a lovely soft shade. Only criticism is that it’s not easy to push back into recline otherwise I’m very happy with it as it suits our farmhouse.

The chairs delivered from Stunning…
The chairs delivered from Stunning Chairs were exactly as described and for the money it would be impossible to find fault. I would also praise Michael for his help and understanding when the first delivery by DHL was a total disaster, they tried to deliver to the wrong address on two occasions and in the end they returned them to Stunning Chairs damaged. Michael used another company who delivered on the agreed day and on time also deserves Stars.
