Excellent customer advice

Spoke with Helen who provided excellent advice in lay-person's terms (I'm not a plumber) on which shower pump to go for. I really couldn't have asked for better customer service. I also got straight through to her, with no waiting in a queue. Thanks Helen (and Stuart Turner)!

Warranty Claim

Had an issue with my Monsoon pump that was within the 5 year warranty, which involved some diagnosing over the phone and with pictures. Eddie handled this process professionally end efficiently. Exactly what you would expect from a premium brand like this

Really impressive service

Fantastic training Adam was brilliant…

Fantastic training Adam was brilliant and very informative I certainly have a much better understanding of booster pumps and pumps in general having a tour of the factory was honest amazing and it’s great to see the manufacturing process but it’s clear that Stuart tuner are just a cut above the rest, thank you for a great day Adam

Brilliant useful advice and support

I had the need to speak to 3 technical assistants and the help andc advice I received was first class. Information wascemailed promptly and the conversations were freindly and patient recognising my lack of knowledge. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

Excellen service and products

I have had a Stuart Turner product that served us well for many years so when the time came was delighted to replace it like for like. Having registered my product today with Stuart Turner, their tech person Rowland could not have been more helpful. I strongly recommend them as a company.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful…

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful person I spoke to in the technical department who patiently talked me through and explained everything I needed to know regarding the pump in very relatable layman terms. She totally understood my incapacity to understand flow rates, plumbing etc and I found the whole conversation extremely instructive. My pump wasn't switching on my shower. She talked and walked me through all the steps to find a solution and we ascertained that the pump was working fine, but I had the wrong pump fitted. She advised me on the type of pump I needed and the reasons why; which even with my totally non plumber/technical head i understood. Also she was a lovely person to deal with and it was extremely easy to get through on the phone - non of this you are number 10 in the que etc. Really recommend this company for their customer service.

Had an issue with a V200 iboost with a…

Had an issue with a V200 iboost with a leaking seal. Eddie could not have been more helpful. Was efficient, did everything over the phone whilst we emailed the necessary documents / confirmations between ourselves. 15 minutes on the phone and it was all sorted. New pump dispatched and engineer to ring me within 24 hours to arrange fitting. Couldn't be more pleased with the service, which is a rare thing nowadays!

AVOID, pump failed after four months and no warranty

I fitted a Showermate pump four months ago and it is now leaking from the impeller. I phoned StuartTurner and it is clear the TechAssist team are there to avoid addressing build issues but to rather to find excuses to blame the installation and not provide a replacement. I was told the pump will not be replaced because it is feeding a shower and two sinks. The sinks are in two different rooms therefore it is deemed outside their interpretation of the product description. Their own document on their websites states the pump will service ‘four individual outlets, including one shower within a single bathroom.’ Either they have worded the document very badly and actually meant (four individual outlets in a single room, one of which may be a shower) but their laziness and poor English is now my problem. The agent I spoke to was helpful but his supervisor who he had to refer to seemed to be particularly difficult and even refused to come to the phone to speak to me to explain his rational, which I thought was pathetic. It’s back to Salamander for me for all future pumps and I suggest other buyers take note.
Following the response from StuartTurner they have clearly not read their own manual. Interestingly the manual on their own website makes NO reference to the outlets having to be in a single room but the one linked via Toolstation does. As they do not have dates it is impossible to see if they updated the guidance but forgot to update their own website or if they have changed the wording to make it ambiguous at best. In reality what difference does it make if one feed goes through a stud wall to another sink. It is a simply a very clumsy technical get out. Either way I have learned my lesson with this company and will never use them again.

Hi David, thank you for your review and feedback. I have reviewed your case and call you had with our technical support team yesterday. The installation manual of the showermate pump is clear and explains that the pump is designed to boost up to x4 individual outlets, which includes x1 shower only within one bathroom. it cannot be connected to anything outside of a bathroom IE, another bathroom or a cloak room or the kitchen sink etc. to obtain the full warranty the pump must be used in the correct application and also be installed correctly and comply with our guidelines.

NEVER BUY STUART TURNER 👎

Plumber here been in the trade for years, fitted a Stuart turner pump for a customer lasted all of 4 months, I replaced the pump for another pump and Stuart turner wouldn’t refund on the faulty pump, they just wanted it for testing, so the could test it and then return me a faulty pump, never ever again will I buy a Stuart turner pump stay away

I have reviewed your case and the phone call you had with our technical support team yesterday, Unfortunately Stuart Turner are not in a position to offer you a direct refund on the product as you didn't buy the product from us and your contract of sale is not with us it is with the merchant you purchased the pump from so any reimbursement must be sourced from them. We offered you under the warranty of the pump to have it collected, returned to us, inspected and if faulty repaired or replaced all free of charge and sent back to you. Bad experience with three pumps

I wrote a review on 17th of July 2025 about a faulty pump that was only 2 years old and it was in a spare room so didn’t get used much anyway after a lot of messing about they sent out a new pump which I fitted only to find this one was damaged too . So another one which was sent out had a damaged cable so the customer asked if they can keep the salamander pump that put in temporarily cause they lost confidence in the brand so if your pump packs up you will receive a refurbished pump not a new one .
The company got in contact to sort the problem in the end

I spent 30 minutes on the phone to an agent last Friday and was assured of a call back once I had sent photos through, this callback never happened. I emailed twice and no reply so I had to call again yesterday and spent another 51 minutes on the phone only to be told they would not honour my warranty. Whilst the lady I spoke to was excellent , this is no reflection on her, its the company I'm annoyed with. They tell me it was installed incorrectly, but that is the set up from when my apartment was built and set up by a registered plumber. I was told that the Monsoon was the top of the range pump and spent a lot of money on it only for this to happen, it worked perfectly for the last four years for something that is installed incorrectly! I'll never purchase a Stuart Turner product again. I am a week without water with two young children and will now have to pay out another €1000 euro or so to have this rectified. Bitterly disappointed.

Dear Una, we are really sorry to hear that your Stuart Turner product has failed prematurely. It is the case that in many situations the premature failure may be caused by some aspect of the installation not meeting the guidelines described in detail within our product Installation Guides. As explained to you, a pump may operate satisfactorily for many weeks, even months sometimes years before failing due to some aspect of the installation. For this reason, in these situations we work closely with our customers to fully understand what may have caused the premature failure. This may involve getting photographs or even live video streams of the product 'in-situ' and the pipework to and from the pump. Once we have confirmed that the installation meets our minimum standards we will progress with providing a replacement under warranty if appropriate. If there are clear issues with the installation and/or the pipework to and from the pump then we will always provide clear advice to our customers regarding the remedial actions that need to be undertaken before assisting with the selection of an appropriate replacement.
