While I very much liked the personal attention at the start of the process, the lack of follow up and inconsistent communication format left me scrambling to meet deadlines. The loan officer texted asking for documents or confirmations and email other times while the portal would require different documentation or confirmation. Additionally, the 3rd party title company used for the appraisal was difficult to work with in that Strong Home Mortgage needed to have the appraisal updated with a new case number and the title company made the appraiser come back out and take pictures of the house when all that had to be done was a simple change on the documentation.

David was on top of thing, provided great and timely feedback and updates. He also responded to my questions quickly, which made me feel like he (and the company) cared.

Once again Brandon and his team worked hard in getting our loan approved and closed. His patience and professionalism is top notch and he is always there to answer questions for us. We definitely will reach out for our next mortgage needs. Thanks!
