What a total load of crap.funds are held in processing for days and days , then once it says funds processed and available ,you still have to wait days for it to be paid into your account. been waiting for days and days to be paid into bank, and still nothing . How many people do they do this to and hold there money for so long.they say the reason it takes so long to get funds is because your account settings are not set to instant payout , well I've done that and still been waiting nearly a week. Absolute joke!

They put a rolling 90 day reserve on our account, meaning they take 25% of revenue and only release it 3 months later.
This is absolutely scandalous and has the potential to bring our small hospitality business to its knees. We need money to fund our business during peak season, not once it's over! Absolutely criminal.

Stripe's Disappointing Decline: Unreliable Policies and Fund Holding Practices
I want to share my disappointing experience with Stripe, a once-promising payment provider. In recent years, their support services have deteriorated, policies have become confusing, and they now hold funds without justification. It's frustrating to see a company that was once reliable and customer-focused lose its way.
Stripe's support services have taken a turn for the worse. What was once exceptional has become a nightmare. It seems their customer service is now outsourced, leaving them clueless about account issues and leaving us, the customers, feeling abandoned.
Adding to the frustration, Stripe's ever-changing policies have left users confused and helpless. They rely too heavily on platform settings and automation, making issue resolution incredibly challenging. Addressing customer concerns and ensuring a smooth payment experience are no longer their priorities.
However, the most concerning issue is their practice of holding funds without explanation. They even hold funds of customers outside the US, despite having US bank accounts and a history of seamless USD transactions. This double punishment, coupled with increased fees and arbitrary minimum thresholds, causes havoc for businesses. It's unacceptable for a company claiming to be an intermediary to engage in such exploitative behavior.
Stripe's actions resemble those of scammers, not a trustworthy payment provider. They seize a portion of our hard-earned money and hold it indefinitely, leaving us wondering about the fate of these accumulated funds. Their lack of transparency is deeply concerning and erodes any remaining trust.
As a small business owner, I know the significance of cash availability and timely payments. Sadly, Stripe shows complete disregard for these vital aspects. By holding funds, they jeopardize the financial stability and success of countless businesses, including mine.
As a victim of the abuses committed by financial gateway companies, I strongly urge everyone affected to take action. It is essential to properly fill out a complaint with the Ombedusman or your local financial court. I speak from personal experience, having won several cases against their biggest competitor. These victories resulted in the release of funds and even financial compensation for the damages inflicted upon my business.

Be very careful of this Rob dog payment platform. They add on charge backs to steal more money from you on top of their high fees. Dont use them under any circumstances. Plenty of other better payment platforms out there.

Bonjour,
Suite à votre email m'informant qu'une opération n'avait pas été autorisée par un de mes clients, vous avez décidé de la clôture immédiate de mon compte STRIPE. J'ai investigué donc de mon côté. J'ai eu seulement 3 paiements avec STRIPE et les 3 clients m'ont confirmé qu'ils ont bien autorisés leur transaction. Comme votre procédure l'indique, j'ai donc fait appel pour un réexamen, en vous fournissant la facture détaillée, la pièce d'identité et une copie de la carte bancaire utilisée pour chacun des dépôts.
A mon grand étonnement, vous m'avez confirmé la clôture de mon compte STRIPE sans me donner la moindre explication. Vous avez ensuite décidé de geler les 3 transactions m'empêchement même de pouvoir rembourser mes clients. Vous me dites que vous allez rembourser mes clients dans un délai d'un moins et que les frais de transactions pris par STRIPE d'un montant total de 64.75€, devront être payés sinon les sommes seront suspendues chez STRIPE sans être remboursées aux clients.
Pourquoi avoir accepté mon compte business chez vous ? Après toutes les vérifications faites, vous me clôturez mon compte pour des paiements non autorisés alors que mes clients ont bien autorisé ces transactions. Je ne pense pas que mes clients soient des menteurs.
A cause de vous, j'ai des clients mécontents qui ont perdu confiance avec moi et vous avez sali l'image de mon entreprise.
Il n'y a aucune raison de geler les remboursements de mes clients pendant un mois et aucune raison valable pour que je vous paye les frais de transaction sur une base mensongère.
Je travaille dans le milieu du marketing et je ne laisserai pas les autres entreprises tomber dans le même piège que moi. Je vais communiquer sur tous les réseaux sociaux à commencer par TRUSTPILOT, de vos mensonges pure et simple.

They keep your funds on hold -literally your money on hostage- and no matter how many e-mails you send them the situation never gets sorted. Still waiting to get my funds released so that I can run away from your histerical behaviour ever.
Stripe's Unjustified Account Suspension: Refunding Customers and Robbing My Business of $3000
I am absolutely livid with my experience with Stripe! Recently, their algorithm erroneously suspended my account for unauthorized payments, causing me significant financial losses. Despite completing the required form to provide additional information about my business, I have not received any satisfactory response from Stripe's team. And now, to add insult to injury, they are planning to refund all my payments to my customers, resulting in a loss of over $3000 in the remaining balance on my account.
What's worse, Stripe's customer service was utterly appalling and their lack of transparency throughout this process has left me fuming with rage! I demand that Stripe takes this matter seriously and conducts an immediate review of my account. If they do not reinstate my account and restore my access to their platform, I will not hesitate to take legal action against them for the financial damages and losses that I have incurred.
In summary, my experience with Stripe has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I urge others not to make the same mistake I did. I cannot emphasize enough: DO NOT even think of using Stripe, unless you want to kiss your money and customers goodbye!
