I have ordered Christmas cards made from my own artwork from Stressfree Print every year for at least a decade. I have always found them helpful and reliable in the past. Previously, I always sent three separate files for the front, back, and inside of the card and the Stressfree team used these to produce the card.
This year, the three separate files were not accepted and I was told to produce a print-ready pdf from a template. As an older person who is not very technical, I had trouble downloading and using the template. The finished card is not exactly what I hoped for.
I also had trouble with delivery. The Stressfree website allowed me to specify the date I wanted the cards delivered. My chosen date was clearly shown in my order summary. However, the cards were shipped by DPD 6 days before my chosen date. I was away from home and it took 3 delivery attempts for DPD to successfully deliver the cards.
Previously, I found Stressfree Print to give a helpful, personal service. This year they just seemed to aim for rapid turnaround and were not willing to review my files and help me as before.
I found this year's experience anything but stressfree.

StressFreePrint are really easy to deal with. The choices of paper are wide enough to cover my needs and the quality of the end product is great. I usually order flyers and posters. they come well wrapped and are delivered either on time or earlier. They are by far the best printing company I have used in my 12 years. They were also cheaper than they were in 2019. Great Service.

Brilliant service. High quality products but what makes the company stand out is customer service. There was a small technical problem with one of my print orders (caused by me!). They contacted me immediately and resolved the issue with great friendliness and efficiency.
