A massive thank you to Chris and the team at Strength Supply for doing such a fantastic job setting up my home gym.

They came out to install the gym flooring and build my Series 3 rack, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything has turned out.

Chris was the main person looking after the installation, and I really want to give him a special mention. The whole setup looks absolutely brilliant, and the attention to detail has made such a difference.

From the flooring to getting all the equipment installed and in place, everything looks professional and has really brought my vision for the gym to life.

It’s been a big project for me, and seeing it all come together has been amazing.

I would definitely recommend Strength Supply to anyone looking for quality gym equipment and a professional installation service.

A huge thank you again to Chris and everyone involved. Absolutely over the moon with the finished result! 💪

After considering other multi functional trainers, I'm so glad I went with Strength Supply and chose the series 3. It's a serious bit of kit for the home gym. It's solid, feels smooth to use and I'm very happy with it.

During ordering, I was away from home so the team said it would be delivered when I got back home. It arrived the day they said it would. Building it was a little tricky, I'm not the best at spannering at the best of times. I found the instructions difficult to follow and this is where it gets next level for me. Chris, the owner of the business, contacted me out of the blue on What's App to thank me for purchasing the kit and to offer full support for the build. He was right there alongside, offering advice and showing videos of the stages I was up to. In hindsight, the build wasn't so bad, just needed some logic and patience and it was fine. The service was outstanding. Not just good or great, outstanding.

Service really shows when an issue happens. The manufacturer had supplied the longer bolts with a smaller head so I had to buy more big spanners to do that. Chris was very apologetic about this and sent some accessories out. He didn't have to do this, things happen, but next level service is just clearly what Strength Supply are about.

Also, they are a family business. I enjoy spending time with my dad and that really resonated with me over using a faceless corporate.

It's not often I leave reviews, this one was a must.

Ordered my rack 3 days it was delivered unbelievable peace of equipment I look everywhere for the rack for my garage that was small in depth this was the only one in the uk from start to finish the team were so helpful and professional they even what’s app me videos of assembly 100 percent trusted sellers and the series 3 rack is solid commercial grade thanks again guys 5 STARS ✨ ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐

I honestly can’t recommend Strength Supply highly enough. From start to finish, the service has been absolutely exceptional.

Chris has been fantastic throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, he kept in constant communication, regularly checking in on the progress of the build and making sure everything was going smoothly. He was always incredibly quick to respond, regardless of the time, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

The delivery was right on time, and the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently from beginning to end.

There was one item that unfortunately needed replacing, but once again, Chris went above and beyond. He immediately arranged a replacement and, without hesitation, included an extra item as well to make up for the inconvenience — something he absolutely didn’t have to do, but which really demonstrated just how much he genuinely cares about his customers and the service he provides.

Hands down, this is the most efficient and customer-focused service I’ve experienced in a very long time. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers, takes pride in what it does, communicates so well, and actually delivers on its promises.

A huge thank you to Chris and everyone at Strength Supply. You’ve made the whole experience incredibly easy and enjoyable.

10/10 service from the get go, 10/10 for all the products for my home gym. Looking to order more already it’s that good and the price is even better! Shipped to Cumbria next day no problem

Couldn’t recommend enough

Well where do I start, This has got to be the best company I have ever dealt with. I never leave reviews buy after the great service and fantastic equipment and super fast delivery I thought it necessary.
I have been looking for a smiths machine for a little while now for our home gym, and came across these guys and had so many questions, Chris answered every single question with in seconds of sending them, I needed delivery to be on a Saturday as Im unavailable any other days and Chris arranged this with no fuss at all, I though it might have been a problem as I placed the order on a Thursday yet it arrived first thing Saturday morning.
Chris sent over the fitting instructions prior to delivery so I could familiarise myself with them and this turned out to be really helpful, as I knew what to expect when it arrived. On unboxing the equipment I was really surprised on how good the quality actually was bunch better than I was expecting, it took me just over 2 hours to put together once tougher it really is a well put together machine and I have no doubt it will last for years.

I can’t recommend these guys highly enough and the equipment is top quality.

Thanks
Graeme

The kit is phenomenal quality. So happy with it & Chris from strength supply has went above and beyond with his customer service. Fast and easy shipping. The instructions were abit difficult but Chris has worked around this and provided very detailed videos which meant the build was fast and clear. Would 100% recommend this company.

Amazing company, fantastic kit and above and beyond customer service, thank you!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding – More Than Just an Equipment Supplier

I honestly can’t recommend Strength Supply UK highly enough. From the very beginning, the service we’ve received from Corey and his dad has been second to none.

They don’t just sell you gym equipment and leave you to it. They genuinely take the time to understand what you’re trying to achieve. They’ve come out to us, helped us work out the best way to use our space, suggested space-saving solutions, helped with setup and made sure everything is safe and suitable.

What impressed us most is their honesty. During the buying process, they’ve helped us get the absolute best value for our budget. There have even been occasions where we’ve wanted to buy something and they’ve actually advised us not to buy it because they didn’t think we needed it or that it would be a waste of our money. That tells you everything you need to know about the way they do business — it’s about building relationships and doing what’s right for the customer, not just making another sale.

On top of all that, the support they’ve shown us as a Community Interest Company working with disabled and neurodivergent children, young people and adults has been incredible. They’ve understood what we’re trying to build and have genuinely stood behind us and our community.

Corey and his dad are proper people running a proper family business, and that comes through in everything they do.

Fantastic equipment, brilliant knowledge, genuine honesty and customer service that goes far beyond what you’d normally expect.

Strength Supply UK haven’t just supplied our gym — they’ve helped us build it.

Would recommend them without hesitation.

bought a smith miltigym, very reasonable price, had it a few months now and I must say it’s a great piece of kit, built well and can work every part of the body. Chris went above and beyond in sorting my delivery and was there straight away on the phone helping me with the assembly. great company and would highly recommend, thanks for everything!

Bought the Series 3 rack from Strength Supply. Delivery was scheduled for 3 days later!! Centre piece of my home gym and it's an absolute beast in terms of quality.
The best thing about Strength Supply though is their personal customer service. Top tier.

I recently purchased a smith machine I drove and picked it up , the customer support is unreal anything I needed help with they was straight on it, the smith machine is solid and an absolute beast of a machine everyone comments on how smart it is , performance wise I would say better than what you would find in a gym I can’t fault it at all , big thanks to strengthsupply

My experience with Chris and Strength Supply was simply awesome. I bought the Strength Supply series 1 smith machine three weeks ago, and so far had great service from the company and what seems to be a quality product. Great value, quick delivery and a reliable service from the vendor. All very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend considering them for all your home gym purchases.

Brilliant piece of kit, the Strength Supply Series 3 rack. I’ve been using mine for around 3 months now and it’s been a game changer in our home gym. The service from Cori & Chris is absolutely top notch too. I highly recommend Strength Supply.

By far the Best customer experience I've ever had. The guys go above and beyond for you. Absolutely amazing company. Christopher and Cori are amazing people to deal with. First class.highly recommended

To be honest I was a bit nervous about ordering from these guys, as I couldn’t find any reviews online, so did a bit of digging on their website and it seems they are a fairly newish small business run by a father and son and all seemed legit, so still a bit wary (cos there are so many scammers out there) I made contact and a few enquiries about the various packages they did.
I’ve got to say from that point on they were very efficient friendly and helpful, there we’re different options both in machines and packages ( as in without without bench, extra bar, weights etc) and at no point did I feel the hard sell to upgrade to a bigger or more expensive package, if anything when I suggested the larger heavier duty machine instead of pouncing on a more expensive sale I was asked questions of my usage etc and whether I really needed this or if the entry level gym was more suitable for my home use. Genuine customer service rather than pure salesmanship which was much appreciated.
With regards to payment, I wasn’t asked for anything up front (which made me feel better again as I am not the most trusting bloke in the world) and went through seemlesly later ( I used credit card just to be on the safe side though I needn’t have worried )
Delivery was quick and efficient full tracking details sent to me upon dispatch and estimated delivery window from courier etc, However, during transit one of the pieces was damaged, not massively but enough to be frustrating as I had paid for a new and not a used piece of kit and we all want our new toys to look shiny when we have assembled them. Obviously I reported this and this is where I think they really stepped up as a company, as where some companies after care is almost none existent they were easy to contact again, and even though the issue hadn’t been caused by them (Transit company’s fault) they didn’t try to pass blame, they just dealt with the issue there and then quickly and efficiently with no fuss ( again brilliant customer service in my opinion)
Assembly, this is a massive Lego (meccano for those who are old enough to remember it) set and depending upon upon your outlook will be a nightmare or great fun, I enjoyed it because I’m a big kid who likes a challenge, like all assembly projects unbox and lay it out carefully get yourself set up and follow the instructions in detail, ( I say instructions, these make IKEA instructions look easy to follow ) but once I’d read and re read them it started to make sense, the cable assembly did take a few reads mind you. Throughout the build process the team was on the other end of communication and the few questions I had were answered quickly, allowing me to progress without delay, they even sent me some assembly videos that talked me through some of the trickier bits. But all in all it wasn’t the most difficult assembly process , you just have to be methodical and not afraid to ask for help if you get stuck , cos they were right there with the answers.
PRODUCT. of the smith machine frames available, I went for the entry level machine which weighed in at about two thirds the cost of the more heavy duty machine, what is it like ? It does exactly what it says on the tin, all the functionality of of smiths , dual cable landmine etc that you would expect from an all in one machine, if you are looking for a machine that allows you to do the full range of training you need safely without the need for a spotter and your lifting range is from low through medium to fairly high ( I realise that everyone’s interpretation of that is different) then this machine cover all your needs for a long time and for most people will last them throughout their lifting life, however if your lifting capacity starts in the medium range and goes through max capacity or you are someone whose eventual goal is to push yourself through to heavy / V heavy lifting I would probably suggest you go for the more expensive machine, rather than buy now then upgrade later, maybe bite the bullet and go big straight away, ( if I’d spent more time thinking about it I would maybe have gone for the higher spec model rather than upgrading at a later date ) however for the moment this machine suits all my needs and I may never actually go beyond medium / high lifting so the higher spec machine could well be a shiny toy that looks nicer but is more than I’ll actually ever need , time will tell. Either way whichever package you choose you are getting a piece of kit for a fraction of the price of comparable machines available on other websites, I know, I did the research before I decided to contact these guys, you know your lifting requirements and capacity and can make your own decisions, if not sure, ask for advice
All in all good product, but the five stars is for giving far and away the best customer service of any company that I have dealt with in years
