The app never worked. When I got charged automatically for the next month (I didn’t remember signing up for a subscription) I wrote and asked to be refunded. They wrote back a very curt message saying that as I’d signed up for a subscription and had opted out of being reminded of this that I wasn’t eligible for a refund. I would never have agreed to this, so can only assume it’s not clearly stated. As I was caring for an unwell relative in hospital, my mind was somewhere else …. I guess the fact that it never worked for me is what pains me the most ….

Really impressed, enabled me to access certain subscriptions and medias while abroad. Easy to set up, and it was nice to see it only took one minute to cancel once I was back in the uk. I will be using the monthly subscription service again

I use this for a few months each year, when we are travelling. Everything works great, I can watch whatever I want and all it takes is an email to customer support to cancel it. Easy enough to restart subscription again when I need it. I can see there are bad reviews but my experience with it has always been good.

Dont waste your money! Expat in Italy with Starlink easily at 100Mbps+ but down to 5 or less using StreamVPN. Zendesk no help with " we dont have any other reports of slow speed". Its obvious they dont care/ have enough servers and throttle at peak times but they have already got your money. If you like the look of 360p resolution and constant pausing, enjoy!

In Türkiye I have been using this service for two years now. I have had no problems. I did forget how to install and their customer service came back immediately and assisted me.

Terrible. Had the invizbox router, when it worked it was slow, max 12mbps. When it did t work the support staff had no clue how to fix things, no response from invizibox support either, really poor service.

Cancelled my subscription, downloaded the Nord VPN app to my Apple TV, works perfectly.

Steer clear of theses cowboys.

I purchased stream VPN together with the Invizbox they recommend as I have moved to Oman and want to watch UK TV channels. I get 90mbps from local provider but only 5mbps from the VPN. Despite much interaction with support we have given up. Doesn't work, at least not here.
