Joe and Emily are incredible chefs! Every dish was presented beautifully, tasted excellent and used high-quality, fresh ingredients. Both were so friendly and professional - they absolutely made our holiday with a variety of choice and tailored recipes based on requests. We couldn’t recommend them enough!

Every ingredient felt carefully chosen and thoughtfully prepared, creating a beautiful balance of flavours, textures, and presentation throughout the meal. Firstly, Joe and Em are two of the best chiefs I know, and always so professional in all that they do and how they interact with each orher and their customers. They have an extremely high standard of cooking aswell as presentation,and always ensure they have sourced their food from high quality suppliers and growers.
The flavours that ooze and rise from their culinary delights are to die for, and it's not only a feast to the mouth, but to the eyes and nose aswell. I highly recommend their service in every way. You won't be disappointed.
We booked Strati for our 30th wedding anniversary dinner at home.
Joe designed the menu after discussing what we liked to eat. The food was cooked to perfection, beautifully presented and treated delicious. He was polite, friendly, professional and left the kitchen spotless.
