I have re-purchased straps for myself (I own 9 pairs for myself & have also purchased for every kindle owner I know!! Every single time I purchase, the product as well as customer service are flawless! The team is constantly listening to their customers, making changes & creating awesome products! I have been supporting this brand since they first came out & they were a complete game changer for me! I never take my kindle anywhere without my straps- there is nothing to compare this to! I would give 6 stars if I could! ⭐️ if any of these negative reviews are deterring you from purchasing this company, don’t! It seems like many of these complaints could be resolved with just reaching out to the awesome team! 100% recommend! Love my straps!

The straps have been life-changing. I no longer drop my Kindle and I have actually become quite obsessed with collecting all the colours! I can read comfortably for hours, changing hand positions and because I dont have to grip it means that I dont get hand cramps anymore like I used to get holding it with just the case. Would make a great gift for someone with grip issues who loves reading.

Received my Strapsicle Bundle. Clutch, straps and clear cover. Straps won’t fit when clear cover is on. The colour is a lot different that on the website and I’d say the quality is quite poor for the price I paid. There was a mark on the clutch. I’ve tried to contact Customer Services but they either don’t respond at all, or take an age to reply. It doesn’t seem that there is a UK address to return to and now I will be out of pocket to return. Really disappointed and I would not recommend to anyone!!! Don’t waste your money!!!

I ordered a strapsicle for my kindle and when I received it, I didn't find it suitable for how I hold my kindle and my wrists.

So as you would - contacted their support to set up a return. It took over a week speaking to their support team to set up the return as I kept getting asked why I wanted to return and when I did say why they sent me a link on how to use it rather than setting up the return.

I was very upset with that. Was I not believed it wasn't suitable and they assumed I used it wrong as it should be suitable for everyone?

Anyway, when I got the return information I found out it was a AU address to be posted to at my own expensive. I'm UK based and roughly worked out it would cost me over £12 to return the 1 item. I got the strapsicle from the black friday sales so I'd get a £3 return?

I won't be shopping from here in future unless they set up a UK return address and have a better return experience.

A lot went wrong with this order and it was a disappointing experience over all.

I ordered on December 12 the large candy cane straps, a candy cane clutch and a burnt orange clutch. It all said in stock (the straps I think said low stock but it didn’t say no stock) I made sure I ordered that evening because the website said that for the order to arrive before Christmas it had to be ordered by December 15th. They were also offering free express shipping! Score! So I ordered!

It got to Wednesday the 17th of December and I still hadn’t heard anything about the shipment of my order so I emailed them asking about if my order had been shipped yet. They responded a few hours later and it turns out the large candy cane straps were out of stock and that’s why my order hadn’t been fulfilled yet. I was seething because if I hadn’t emailed them- I probably still wouldn’t know which is really bad when you want a delivery before Christmas plus now there was no guarantee that it would arrive before Christmas now.

They offered me to choose a different colour of straps to begin with but honestly, I didn’t really like the available colours and I let them know. They then responded that I had 3 options- choose another colour, cancel the straps and get a partial refund but still get the rest of the order or cancel the whole order and get a refund. I still really wanted my order so I responded with different colours but each time the colour I chose was out of stock. We went backwards and forwards on it ALOT. One of the big issues was when I would respond- it would take hours to get a response. I understand that it’s the busy period and they have a ton of customers. It took 2 and a half days of communication to get the order sorted- honestly the back and forth was exhausting. They did offer a free clutch which was nice but again limited availability of colours I liked.

I then enquired to see if I would still get the express free shipping because that’s what was offered when I ordered. They responded saying “we don’t usually do this but we’re happy to upgrade your shipping to express this time.” I responded “thank you, I understand not doing it normally but when I originally ordered- I ordered when you were offering free express shipping with purchases.”
The order hasn’t shipped yet but here’s hoping they put it in the mail first thing Monday morning because apparently that’s the last day for shipping.

Honestly, this has been the most exhausting online shopping experience- customer service is nice but not having a chat option or even a phone contact really made it tiresome to resolve the issue. If I had of known about the stock issue on Monday- maybe my alternate choices would have been in stock. It shouldn’t be up to the customer to chase up for details on an order that should have been shipped.

There also shouldn’t be a total of 22 emails back and forth for something like this. Sure, some of them were my own fault but the timeliness really slowed the process down.

It’s now been over a week since my original order. I’m hesitant to order directly from them again- I might go through officeworks or Amazon instead or try a not so hectic time of year.

Have purchased a few times from Strapsicle; 5 x straps, clear case and clutch and have always loved my transactions. Shipping is extremely fast and product is a game changer. 2 of the above orders were gifts for a fellow Bookstagrammer just because it’s been life changing for me to get Strapsicle’s over pop sockets.

Highly recommend this product and website and will continue to buy Strapsicle’s for my ereaders, hopefully they’ll expand to phones and iPads.

I bought a clear case and set of 2 straps for my Kindle Oasis, but when they arrived the straps don’t fit right on the bulky side of the kindle. I double checked my order and had selected the right kindle model. I contacted customer service about a return, who said that there is no return address in the UK so I would need to return them to Australia for a replacement. I asked for further details about the return address and explained that I would be wanting a refund rather than replacement as they just don’t work well with my kindle. The customer service team didn’t reply to me, and I have chased it up twice since with no response. Now I have a product I can’t use and risk either paying expensive return postage for them not to refund me, or waiting for them to possibly reply and then missing the 28 day refund period.

Edit: Updated from 1 to 3 stars. A few hours after posting this review I got a response from customer service saying they had been trying to reply but had been having system issues, and that a refund had been processed.

I love my strapsicles so much! I got the Bondi Beach Blue and it's such a lovely colour. They're really sturdy, I don't have any doubts about dropping my kindle at all. Customer service is really good - I was having an issue with their website and their chat feature was really handy and quick. Delivery was super quick as well, I couldn't believe how fast they got to me! When ordering shipping said 10 working days from Australia to the UK - my order got dispatched on the 11th of July and arrived with me on the 15th. An amazing experience all round, will definitely be buying more as gifts. Thank you strapsicle 🫶🏻

Such a simple but clever invention. Couldn’t believe how quickly it arrived from Aus to the UK. Only took a week! Will recommend to friends and family.

The straps are useful and also offer some protection for my e-reader. The customer service was outstanding. Would recommend!

Honestly best thing for an avid reader like me! No more kindle to the face or a sore hand!

Great straps for kindle. Made it really easy to hold my kindle one handed and stopped my little finger getting so much strain

Greatest ereader accessory. I'm currently rocking this on a kobo clara HD, and will also outfit my kindle 2022 Paperwhite when the ereader arrives. I think it works way better than a popsocket. Not really keen on sticking anything to my devises and it gives my ereader corner protection. Putting on the strapicle is very intuitive. So if you don't like using a case on your ereader you really need to consider a Snapsicle. Two thumbs up.

I absolutely love strapsicle for my kobo glo. I read in bed before I go to sleep and the number of times my poor kobo has hit the floor, now when I doze off it's still on my hand. Thank you for coming up with this fantastic really useful invention. Strapsicle really can't live without this. 🙂👍

Recently found out about this product on TikTok. Ordered it immediately and I received it within a week (shipped within Australia). I love it, especially for my Kobo Clara HD. I had previously tried to use a popsocket, which was initially great but it kept coming off (as the back of the Kobo is textured and prevents the popsocket from sticking well!). I am now making the switch to the Strapsicle and have no regrets! Super comfortable and such a great idea.

I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and holding my kindle can often be difficult/painful. I have tried many devices to hold my kindle but none of them seem to work well, particularly when reading while lying in bed. The Strapsicle is brilliant. I can now read for hours without my hands aching or my kindle falling over. Absolutely love it.
