Excellent company, it just works and produces leads

I've been working with StrightIn for nearly a year now and they do a great job at producing a regular stream of targeted leads.

The team are very proactive and help to regularly optimise our campaigns for maximum success.

A special mention to Harry, who is always super helpful and responsive!

I'd definitely recommend them.

Great experience!

Our experience using StraightIn has been great - and Matt & Simran (our Account Manager & Account Executive) have both been excellent. Communication has been really frequent, and they're both super knowledgable about the LinkedIn platform - meaning we've seen some good results so far!

Great customer service

Excellent customer service. Our business provides a bespoke offering so it can be tough clearly communicating the direct benefits we offer. StraightIn have done a good job with this though and we have gained new clients using their Linkedin messaging service.

Fantastic Service!

StraigtIn provide a great service. I had been wanting to work on our LinkedIn outreach for some time but simply do not have the time.
Harriet (our account manager) provided us with regular progress updates as well as weekly catch up meetings so we were constantly in the loop of where things are up to.
Highly recommended!

Helpful and Communicative

Stay in regular contact with us and are quick to action requests. Early days so still establishing a pipeline but no doubt we'll be getting a good ROI from this project!

They are now threatening legal action...

Started off on the Boost package - good sales pitch, I was told that If no leads were produced, that I could exit straight away etc, and good first discover meeting - I thought that my account manager has soaked in everything that I said, and this company were going to be different!

Week 1 - I find out that they are targeting my competition (which I was warned about by a previous customer).

Week 4 - the targeting was way off, so the account manager clearly hadn't been listening to the hour we spent on the discovery call.

Week 6 - I was moved to another account manager who said they would be able to produce me 4 leads by the month end (3 weeks) this did not happen.

Week 8 - I emailed to cancel - she told me that I was tied into a 6 month contract (going back on their words).

These guys are the same as every other poor leads agency. Seriously poor delivery!

Further-more to this, when I did suggest I was stopping working with them, they asked for payment upfront for the remainder of the period (4 months) - even though they did not deliver any leads!!

They are now threatening legal action...

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review.

After having taken a look at the particulars of your campaign, I can see that the results were lower than we would have hoped for on our Boost package and our partnership was not as fruitful as some of our others. However, from the timeline you have outlined above, I believe there are a few items missing from here that could paint a slightly clearer picture of why the relationship didn't work out.

Week 1 - Week 4: You worked with one of our best Account Managers who actually requested that he not work with you anymore due to the nature and tone in which you were speaking to him. Our Operations Manager reviewed the campaign herself and whilst the targeting wasn't completely perfect, for the most part, we were connecting with prospects that your company Market Jar had the potential to work with. As with any marketing campaign, the first weeks are the most important for zeroing in on your target market, responding to the feedback we are getting from prospects, and adjusting our course as necessary, which required an element of collaboration from both parties.

Week 5 - Your campaign was moved to another one of our Account Managers. Our Operations Manager spoke with you directly and mentioned that regular catch-up calls are needed in order to make the campaign work on both sides however you declined to attend these calls just 5 minutes before they were scheduled. Within one day, the new Account Manager generated a very promising lead for you.

Week 6 - You emailed your Account Manager to cancel the services, again they mentioned they were incredibly uncomfortable with the manner in which you engaged with them, threatening legal action yourself citing, "you'd already taken a marketing company to court this year and won", when the team tried to resolve this amicably, said you would "see us in court'.

From our end, we understand the results within your first six weeks didn't meet the expectation set by our sales team and this can be frustrating, however, the first couple of weeks are crucial to testing what works and what doesn't, before ramping up activity when we have found it. However sadly, despite our best efforts to work with you on this (eg: offering one of our different services for the remainder of your contract term) it was met with hostility on every occasion.

Excellent company ethos

I gave StraightIn a five-star rating because of their company ethos. It takes awhile for companies to learn to work together. The people at StraighIn have gone out of their way to be available and have worked with us to achieve and exceed our goals. We are successfully bringing on new clients and collaborating with many others. As the CEO, I am delighted to have found a company with which I can sign a long-term agreement.

Excellent Experience from a Responsive Team of Ad Experts

I worked with Rhys to build out a linkedin ad campaign. From starting the campaign to running it for months, StraightIn was attentive, responsive, and productive for us. We could easily switch up strategy based on suggestions and move as the data did. Working with this company has been and continues to be an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend.
