S T PLUMBING AND HEATING GAS SPECIALISTS LIMITED Is a family run business with over 45 years experience working in North, West, South Yorkshire and the Humberside areas; dealing with all types of gas work, including LPG (domestic & mobile) and endorsed by Which? Trusted Traders. Gas safe registered 45507. We use our own engineers and plumbers who are fully qualified and apprentice trained. We can provide up to 12 year manufacturers warranties with all new boiler installations. We offer annual maintenance contracts, tailored to suit your needs. Our office is open six days a week and we operate an out of hours helpline, in case of emergency.

Seemed a little pricey, but excellent service.
The cost of the repair was higher than I was expecting - but credit where credit's due: a quick response, good communication and friendly, helpful staff - and the repair seems good so far (two weeks and counting)... So maybe you do get what you pay for :)

Well organised
Well organised, well managed company, their engineers get on with it, with no faffing around they are very well trained and have excellent product knowledge. I have used STP several times now for three of my properties. The work is done to the highest standard and I have never needed to call them back between services.

We do apologise for the delay in completing your boiler repair and understand how frustrating that must have been.
We have checked your order and found that the order was delayed due to one of the parts required being a special order, direct from the manufacturers and our suppliers were quoted the incorrect estimated time of arrival at the order stage.
This is not something we usually encounter and unfortunately, in this instance, was something beyond our control but, we can see that all attempts were made to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Once again, apologies for any inconvenience that may have been caused.
Providing a service
Office staff always polite and helpful. Engineer arrived within time slot allocated. Polite and friendly. Would appreciate footwear covers to be provided. Follow up appointment and fault corrected within a week.
