On time and knowledgeable

ST Plumbing were very efficient and friendly right f4om the start. Work was carried out to a high standard and the plumber was very courteous and polite and explained everything as he went along. Couldn't have wished for a better experience.

Engineers make you feel at ease to ask questions. They are polite and respectful.

Great service, highly recommended

They arrived promptly to replace our boiler. Disruption was kept to a minimum with services hardly affected. The central heating and hot water was back working the same afternoon. The following morning was spent adding the finishing touches and a full explanation of the new boiler was given. I would recommend STP and give them 5 stars.

We have been constantly battling the cold during the winter at our local club
ST Plumbing were contacted and the very helpful office staff arranged for Dan to take a look.
Dan turned up when he said he would, assessed the current heating system and made recommendations which the club agreed to.
On the day and time that was arranged STPlumbing turned up and completed the work.
A further look at the boiler system found the hot water was not functioning as it should and Dan sorted this.
All in all, a great service, very professional and we are very happy.

Very good service, all from admin, booking a repair to the actual repair. Dan is a very competent gas engineer and identified the problem correctly and the repair was swift. No mess about. Boilers is working and behaving excellent. He follows up on what he says - which makes him unique in this industry. Highly recommend him.

We have used this firm for a number of years and always had excellent service. The latest was to have a bath removed and a new shower installed, together with two new towel rails. Dan and Joe attended. They did an excellent job and were neat and tidy at all times. Both were friendly and professional. Recommended.

Having recently moved home, I immediately found that my boiler wasn’t working correctly and the plumbing under the sink was far from satisfactory. I checked the Which? Trusted Trader website and found ST Plumbing and Heating fairly local to me. Over the past few weeks I’ve rung them 4 times and had 2 visits from an engineer. The first visit was to service the boiler and inspect the dodgy plumbing. Following a satisfactory quote to reconfigure and anchor the plumbing I booked the second visit. My thoughts about this company are all positive and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They answer the phone promptly and do what they say they will do. The engineer arrived on time and was friendly, informative and efficient during both visits. He also worked in a clean and tidy way. I now have a boiler working as it should and professionally installed plumbing with good quality materials and fixings. I’m a happy customer.

Spoke to Claire in the office when I first rang she was very helpful. She arranged for Daniel to visit. He came and recognised the problem, Parts were ordered and fitted . Very efficient given it was just days before christmas .Couldn't fault them at all . Would highly recommend.
