I ordered something on the 3 December and something went wrong and the storrow team is not responding back , I payed even high shipping costs. it was a present for my son who really looks us to these guys.....

Really nice quality. Sweatshirt is great. Delivery was quick, order was painless and the Storrors threw in sone free stickers. Can't ask for more. Will order again.

Bought a hoodie. It doesn’t fit. Want to return for a refund or correct size. When I initiate a return it says discounted items are not returnable. Incorrect, distance selling regulations say otherwise. Phone number goes dead. Suggest not buying from this website.

Apologies Storror / Sally , my fault , I dint use the return slip to include my reference (having a bad day ) , Thank you for sorting everything including my refund so quickly . The leave any stone unturned tee shirts are amazing - shame you could have made them a bit bigger - XXL would have been perfect .

Care needed ! Order placed over 2 weeks ago, chased them up several times, they didn‘t even bother to reply. Eventually they said that they are despatching by „next day“ - but nothing was sent. We have placed a complaint with Paypal to try to get our money back - also no reaction from them. Fraudulent or basically totally unprofessional?

Sent items back as they were too big, and reordered in a smaller size. I’ve emailed clothing@storror 3 or 4 times now as it has been 10 days since my return reached their warehouse, and I have heard nothing back from them. I paid extra postage to track it for this exact reason. Products are great but the lack of response is worrying.

The customer support team were very responsive and helpful. It began with a question about the product being back in stock, and they were very helpful and responded quickly.
Once it was back in stock, I had a problem with the website, and the woman that responded to me was infinitely helpful and responded very quickly and managed to resolve the problem. She was apologetic, fixed the issue, and was kind enough to offer me a small discount to make up for the issue. A big thank you to Sally Taylor and I will definitely be buying from Storror again with the knowledge that the product is great, and so is the customer service. Thank you!

i ordered a buff-hoodie and expected it to be good. it was fantastic!
it took about 2 weeks from britain to denmark. after 1 and a half week we questioned about when we was gonna get it and they answered the morning of the next day. they said that it was with royal mail and they didn't have tracking after that. but it came like 3 days after.

I ordered a baseball cap online and was told I would receive an email once it has been dispatched. After a week there was still no email so I started emailing Storror asking about what's going on but they didn't to reply to me. I emailed them over 5 times, still no response. After emailing all emails available on their website multiple times they eventually got back to me saying that the item is out of stock they made a mistake and they gave me a refund. Though they gave me a refund their service was horrendous and I thought they could easily take peoples money if you don't bother emailing them as much as I did, I think I just got lucky. Very very bad customer service in my opinion.would not recommend to anyone.

Mon fils a commandé un pull sur le site et a demandé une livraison au Mexique.
Cette commande n'est jamais arrivée.
Nous avons adressé plusieurs mails de réclamation,qui n'ont pas eu de retour à ce jour, soit 7 mois plus tard.
C'est inacceptable, ils ont su prendre la commande et l'argent, mais n'assure pas le suivi, il ne dédaigne même de répondre.
JE NE RECOMMANDE ABSOLUMENT PAS.

Vêtements de bonne qualité (mise à part leurs chaussures qui me paraissaient un peu trop fragiles), site sérieux à qui j'ai pu renvoyer assez souvent des vêtements pour changer la taille. Je valide le site, Storror fait du bon travail #StorrorArmy

have ordered twice from the site and no issues with ordering or delivery. One pair of pants came with zipper broken, but they shipped a new pair right away without hesitation. Superb customer service. Will buy again soon.
