Flexible and Insightful
Imran at Storm6 was the first recruiter who was able to find the intangibles of leadership and driving a product vision that I needed in the role for which I was hiring. I had gotten solid candidates that met my qualifications from other recruiters, but Imran and team did the work to identify the human skills and entrepreneurial spirit that exists beyond the resume. Imran also worked with me to set up different types of informal discussions with prospective candidates while our project was being funded. This helped me get to a fast start when the investment was confirmed.

I worked with Megan to help me fill a crucial role on our team, and she sourced amazing candidates who would not have known about our opening had we simply posted this role on our website. The value of a good recruiter
Over the past 2 months I found myself in a job search through this ridiculous job market among thousands who have been laid off. Kyle Finch with Storm 6 contacted me and patiently walked me through the process to a job that appears to be a fantastic fit. This was a VERY unique and uncommon process due to circumstances in the company, but Kyle managed things superbly. Kyle was patient, understanding, very professional, and did not let the US/UK time difference get in the way.
