The delivery was fast, but everything else was terrible! I bought shop with a single item. The item had multiple variants available, at least that was the idea of "Storesbynico". Unfortunately the variants were not available from the dropshipper. I instantly contacted "Storesbynico" to let them fix the store (all the descriptions and images were based of the items, that were not available anymore!), but they refused to do anything. Their answer was simply "this shop is done, we cant do anything here". Instead they offered me another shop. I accepted under the condition that I can choose the niche. They instead just sent me any random store setup and basically said "here another shop, you cant choose. Good luck!".

By the way: they work with basic templates and I am sure they send random things to every customer and I assume there is a very high chance that some shops were sold multiple times with the exact same setup, wording and images.

I told them, that I am not happy with this and I want to get my money back within the 14-day refund that they offer. Unfortunately this policy is a scam. The moment you open their email and download the files, the refund is not possible anymore. So I told them to refund my money as a goodwill offer, but they refused. Instead I contacted Paypal and I got my money back.

DO NOT BUY HERE. COMPLETE SCAM!

It is written in the website: Changed your mind? That’s okay! If you want to return your order, simply do so within 14 days, and we’ll give you a full refund. No questions asked.

The reality: Ask tons of questions and refuse to provide a refund. The website does deceptive marketing and should be banned. Not recommended.

Its bad. The products are sooo outdated. They dont give you the money back. They dont answer your mail within 24 hours as told, they wont answer at all actually. Just use youtube and build the store urself
