Hassle free . Only negative thing i have to say ,is that its disapointing that can get models from a 3rd party cheaper than from main distributor.
Models are great though

I have bought from warlord games on numerous occasions and never, never, never have I had a bad experience, each purchase that I received has had a free sprue included. If I could give anyone advice on where to get your minis... Warlord games is my go to.

As a collector of many wargames offered by Warlord then I like the products they provide and the rules they adopt for each game. Whenever ordering items direct from Warlord they usually arrive promptly and are accurately packed, as was the most recent purchase. On the very rare occassion there has been an issue then it has been resolved quickly and efficiently. Would recommend them to anyone looking at one or more of the many genres they cover.

It took ages to arrive

Very helpful with the order. Being able to order over the phone is a great help, unlike some stockists who want you to order on line, not taking into consideration people like me who can't. Their loss warlords gain.
