Quick and easy!!

The simple issue here is they are not helpful and will berate you and insult you if there is something wrong on their end.

I purchased a garage door opener for a Guardian series Model and did my research and knew it was compatible. Turns out Guardian had updated the battery from A23 to A27 yet it was not updated on their website. I purchased A23s based on their website. No big deal... a few dollars... except when I asked them about it.

They stated that if there was something wrong, it was pretty much my fault. They told me the manual says I chose the wrong garage door opener (turns out, all it needed was a new battery and it worked).

I sent them a picture of the battery and they couldn't admit they may have had an outdated description... instead said I questioned their integrity. Reminder, all I asked was why there was a different battery than advertised. So... I went to Guardian's website and turns out they had in fact updated to an A27.

These people are not knowledgeable. They are a middleman that has not quite kept up to date with what they are selling. If they simply said, our fault, it must have been updated, instead of insulting me and telling me I chose the wrong remote, I would not have cared.
