The go to coffee company

I've been a customer for several years, and always enjoy their coffee. On this occasion, they went out of their way (literally!) to sort out a delivery issue with the courier. The customer service was friendly, helpful and considerate throughout. Thank you so much!

Great company. Great product.
Both of my orders were delivered very quickly and communication from the company was first class. I received a same day reply to my e mail enquiry and an issue I had met was instantly resolved. Impressive.
The coffee was very well packaged and arrived undamaged. The coffee itself is quite different to my usual beans in both colour and taste, but I have really enjoyed the change. No hesitation therefore in recommending both the company and the product.

An example is when I got a phone call checking that I had meant to have my coffee ground when I normally don't. I had made a mistake and it was picked and corrected.

Customer service at Cafeology is…Exemplary
Customer service at Cafeology is exemplary- my coffee order was delayed due to weather and road works and as some of the beans were for a birthday present I was very disappointed because they would be late . Also I didn’t fancy beans being left in a van for days on end .
I received personal apology from customer service and a refund for some of the order.
