This place is absolutely fantastic.
Very professional and helpful .
There is always someone there meaning your items are completely safe and if you have any questions they are always there to answer them .
100% recommend for any of your storage and is so very well priced .

I have never used storage before, however Deborah Jack made life so easy and got me out of a really tricky spot. Deborah and Jordan at the Paisley branch are so polite and helpful and their customer service is fantastic. If I ever had to use storage again it would definitely be here and I would definitely recommend others use it too. The staff are what make it work and storage vault is very lucky to have 2 great workers in Paisley.

Not a great experience at all. Rang up on a general enquiry, their selling technique was very pressurised. Then went to view the site the next day and no one was there or contactable in a timely manner. Rang them three times for different people each time who couldn't answer my questions. Eventually left it with them saying they'd call me back and they never did. From what I could see of the site they didn't have any internal storage which is what Is been asking for since the beginning. Just an awful waste of time.

We were looking to store items from our home in preparation for our upcoming house move. We had previously used outdoor container sites and wanted something clean and secure. The service from Stefinie was excellent. She was clear about what we needed and was not encouraging us to pay for larger containers based on our needs. Also informed me of requirements for the storage unit with no obligation or pressure to buy the company’s. (Although I did buy a padlock and used their insurance as I was very impressed with the quality and ease of it all). She showed me around and the site is so clean and feels so secure compared to other storage facilities in the area. She was also very patient with me as I had my two boys with me who were a little over excited! Very reasonably priced with a great offer on at the moment. Even without the offer I think the money is worthwhile to have our items stored in such a well looked after facility!

We arrived late on Saturday , around 15.40 to find that the office closed at 16.00 , we quickly gave details and payments then were showed our vault and explained the process .
Deborah went above and beyond even staying late to help us out ,so can absolutly recommend the service provided

I want to commend Storage Vault in Paisley for the excellent service that I have received from them. From the moment that I entered their office, I was cheerfully greeted by Deborah and Jordan. They showed me what space was available and explained their procedures.
I am impressed with their very friendly and professional service. I had visited other storage facilities in order to make an informed decision and decided to use their services. Both Deborah and Jordan understood my anxiety and offered assurances. Their processes are streamlined and the forms were electronic and very easy to complete.

Originally enquired about storage space at Motherwell and within a few weeks I got a call back to say a unit was available. Originally spoke to Miriam on my first visit and then dealt with Stefini when I went back and she sorted all the paperwork and arrangements. I found both members of staff to be welcoming, friendly, efficient and professional and they were also happy to answer any questions and queries I had. Its nice to be greeted with a smile when you first walk into the reception area.

I’ve got this storage longterm so if any issues pop up then I’m more than comfortable to deal with both of the girls.

Beware of their pricing mechanism - notified with 7 days notice of a 15% price increase

Unacceptable to increase a price with such little notice, particularly given the notice period in the contract to terminate is longer

Have been a loyal customer for seven months, and been understanding when they've made mistakes

One such mistake was locking me out of my own unit for a week or so. They were supposed to lock another unit, but clearly unable to follow their own internal instructions

Poor service, Big Yellow or SafeStore are far better.

I just want to say a big thank you to Deborah and Jordan for their help and professionalism.You have made a stressful time a lot easier and I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family.

A well maintained storage centre with a really helpful and friendly team. I have no problem in recommending this supplier.

I needed 1 unit or possibly 2 so they gave me 1 unit and provisionally reserved the adjacent one until I was sure what was required, as it turned out I did need both units as I was moving my mother from Northern Ireland to Scotland. Nyree was extremely helpful and communication was excellent throughout. Both units were brand new and wood lined.

Very easy to work with, and the facility that I use in Victoria is extremely well-run and clean.

The staff there were exceptional getting me set up with a new unit, and when I wanted to change they were very helpful as well!
