Great service and stuff but it should be 24/7
The staff is great and the menager of the plce was very helpful getting me set up, the only thing is that this should be a 24/7 service, it's almost all great, expect that you can't access your own stuff outside office hours. If you happen to have a normal job it's really hard to get to the garage in time before it closes! It can't be hard to transition to 24/7: security cameras everywhere, someone watching the monitors and a locked door with a passcode to get into the warehouse. And this would actually be a long term useful service to use!

Dear peter, We really appreciate you taking the time to share your rating with us.
Poor drop-off area and lift facilities.
Drop off area has no indoor parking and is very small and cramped. Also, the lift is very antiquated - it takes forever to open and go up and down and you can't get inside it with your belongings.

Your staff don't know math and the sizes for your storage. Your female staff keep giving me flimsy and extremely personal what some would consider too much information about her female business as to why she was unable to complete a task she assured she would complete the previous day in the morning but was adamant that if only I understand her too much personal female information excuse she will complete her job now and I had to let her know I am neither her father or a guy she is having sexual relations with so those kind of details she would best to keep it to herself or co-workers. Your male staff don't understand computers but keep trying to get my card details for trumped up payments that make no sense like some form of scam.
your reply helps me identify where I need to stay same. now ensure you maintain this your high levels of customer service(reply) so my experience will keep meeting my expectations.
