It is very easy to rent a storage place there. From the initial phone enquiry to moving goods into the unit the process was simple and pain free.

I needed a storage space and Tina at reception was very helpful and informative.

The only issue we had was, we were not told where the light switch was in 507. We unloaded our stuff in the dark until the next day when I raised it that they found out it was dark. So they advised that they will leave the light on.

I was confused online when I tried to book a storage unit so I went in store and it was such an easy process to get the right unit and book courtesy move-in truck for the following day. Easy process to pay as well.

Never had a problem with the guys at storage king, they even went out of their way to find me two containers right next to each other.

I found the level of customer service to be exceptional, following initial contact with the Staff/management, whereby i conveyed my requirement needs, the staff/management at Kingston were constantly in touch with me, providing me with updates on the progress to meet my storage needs, which also included other available options.
Their professional & courteous approach, put me at ease, allowing me to know that i was in the best hands possible.
Once a storage area suitable to my needs became available, i was offered all the assistance needed to make the transition as smooth as possible.
I cannot stress enough, how helpful the staff/management team were to me, i was just so grateful to have walked in the front door of their office and to be greeted so warmly.
