Good all round
The young woman at reception is very personable and professional always.
The facilities are brightly lit, well tended and there is a clean bathroom available to clients.
It is also a secure 🔐 site with cameras throughout.

Great Experience
Very easy access, clean facilities with useful trolleys and a large lift if you're on the second floor, the use of their truck for a day with a tail lift was very handy, first 50 kilometers free, very friendly and helpful staff.

Disappointed
I actually thought the company was amazing (and I had willingly prepaid for a month although I knew I would only require 1 week or 2 maximum) until a couple of days later I said I wouldn’t require the unit at all, I hadn’t used it at all, and would they consider a partial refund to which they answered ‘no’.
My experience was they over sold and under delivered.

The communication from the very start was excellent the help your Ellenbrook staff gave me made it that much easier to select a unit befitting my needs.
Harvey Harrison. The units are nicely positioned and under cover with trolley's available if you need to move things on your own, and a nice and cool environment for a storage unit.
