I recommend you avoid using Storage King. They are greedy with pricing and will rapidly push up the price they charge you, after your initial sign-up.
I rented a unit in April 2021 for $95 a month and within 2&1/2 years the same unit cost $190 a month. Just greed on their part.

I've used Storage King Canning Vale in the past, and when needing to organise a small storage unit I sought quotes from two local self-storage facilities, including Storage King. The quotes were much the same, but I never heard back from the other one, whereas Storage King followed up with me regularly, and kept me informed about the availability of units, as they were in short supply.

When it came time to go ahead and move in, it was all very smooth. They are very professional in their processes, and walked me through entering and leaving and made sure I understood the hours and that I could enter the code correctly.

It seems all about SOPs at the time of signing the contract.
I signed my contract around 10 Oct for my term to start from 21st Oct to 20 Nov - a period of one month. I paid all the charges upfront.
on 21st Oct, when my sons tried to go in, they found that the Access Code was not working.
On 25th of Oct I personally went to your office during your office time and found that my access code had not been entered into the system. It was entered then and there and my access was initiated.
I asked, if the 4 days that I had lost would be added to my contract so that instead to it expiring on 20 Nov, it should now expire on 24th Nov. I was told that that was not possible, however she said that she will give me 4 days credit - whatsoever it means.
0n 5th of Nov, again my code stopped working. That is the situation at this moment. So I shall loose all of my week-end (most important days when moving the house).

I SUGGEST THAT A PERSON BE AVAILABLE ON TELEPHONE 24 HOUR A DAY TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS PROBLEMS.

Will see what I am told when on Monday morning I go into office. Another cock and bull story!
