Intro and set up
Radish was very welcoming. He was clear on explaining how the electronic system worked, the guided tour and should the space not be adequate he would gladly assist in our needs for storage space. Highly recommend him. In terms of customer service TOP marks go to Radish.

We had great experience storing our stuff here. Units are clean and it is brand new. Easy to access with all the PIN codes even for the lockers (no padlock) needed.

Fantastic Service and great facility
Met Luke the Manager at Brendale who gave me a site tour, explained the hire process and fees, very impressed with the security aspect, cleanliness and facilities available more importantly the respect and assistance Luke provided me especially with demonstrating the App.

Positive from day one
From the moment I walked in to talk about getting a unit I was meet with a friendly and kind member. Who walked me through the units and explained the safety and cost. I felt very welcome. When I went back to book the unit and delivery of my items was the same positive and friendly service

Cannot recommend this place enough! Ratish was friendly, professional and helpful from the moment we walked through the door and patiently took us through the complex, showed us the units and talked us through the costing. Storage King were by far the cheapest AND they lend out their moving van FOC on moving day - amazing!! I am so happy here!
