We are previous customers and had a good experience and needed to use storage again. We decided to come back and give it a go and so far we’re very satisfied. One thing though we were told was that the free use of the truck or trailer was only for the first initial move of belongings into the storage unit. I think it would be a positive thing for both parties to have it be a longer use perhaps up to 3 times.

The manager was very helpful and so was the staff that helped with arranging and deciding the appropriate storage size to my needs. They were also helpful in other enquiries, for example in upgrading options. Could not recommend them more.

Absolutely recommend storage king Ferrymead , friendly staff and super fast service! Realised I needed storage after moving out of my house. I Called up and that same day they had a variety of different sized spaces available and I could move my belongings in the same day!!

Storage King Ferrymead
A great facility and very friendly and helpful staff. I have two comments that could be potential improvements:
(1). Given the current situation (January 2021), there probably should be QR code placards at every doorway, not just at the office.
(2). I used the facility for a fortnight before stumbling upon the light switch. Perhaps a label that said "light switch"?
The above comments don't detract from a genuinely pleasant experience. The facility is eminently suitable and cost effective. We used it as transitional storage while shifting house. It held everything and enabled a relaxed transfer at our own pace.
The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. I would recommend Storage King Ferrymead to others.
