Sought quotes from both branches, North (Hayden Munro) & South (Mark Evans). Both “fundis” in their field; equally competent & reliable. Premises short distance apart; easily accessible; spoilt for choice. Prime concern to me was safe, SECURE, clean, pest-free, affordable storage, as well as variable storage time & easy, flexible contract terms. That’s exactly what I got! Works for me, so I’ll be back.
Liked the onvenience of purchasing boxes, packaging, locks, adhesive tapes etc straight from the office. Very helpful to have the use of trolleys to trp my loads back & forth. Paper work was quick & easy. No dilly-dallying.

Your receptionist at Botany, Ti Rakau Dr is absolutely fabulous. She is welcoming and no question is too much. She helped me very quickly with packaging boxes and explaining how storage works.
She is efficient and very knowledgable about the facility and how it all works.
It was because od her friendly manner and helpfulness that we returned to organise a storage unit. Price was a consideration but she was just so much easier to deal with. I forget the ladies name - she works Tue to Sat. I heard her on the phone to another customer. Her patience was incredible. Treasure her!

From the initial online query to the actual booking of storage the process was very easy and informative. No trying to oversell a unit you don't need or unwanted extra bits and pieces just straight to what I want 😊. The units are clean and well lit. Thank you!
