Well informed
Well informed, great customer service F2F and over the phone. Talked about all the specials in prices and was a true champ walking around with me in the yard to find which storage I would like to use, even though the sun was burning like crazy

Although I am very independent I am 80 years old and use a crutch for support.
The first time I went to unload my station wagon there were no trolleys available. Your staff member, Darryl, unloaded my vehicle and stacked it all in my locker - absolutely not expected and hugely appreciated. My locker is at the far end of the facility. My 2nd visit the trolleys were all at the office end of the facility and Darryl took a trolley to my locker site - once again above and beyond.
The area is all spotlessly clean. I also used this Storage King site 8 years ago when I moved to Auckland, and my details were still on file there.
I prefer not to add a photo to this review so it is up to you whether you use it.
