I contacted Stoparts regarding spare parts for my Hidromek HMK 102S and provided detailed information, including the machine VIN number, rear axle serial number, and a clear list of the parts I needed.

Initially, the company asked several questions about the required parts and preferred language of communication. After I provided all requested information, instead of checking availability or offering assistance, I was simply told: "We can't help you. Try another company."

I understand that a company may choose not to supply certain products. However, I was disappointed by the lack of explanation and the abrupt end to the conversation after I had spent time preparing a detailed technical request.

I believe customer service could be improved by providing a brief explanation why assistance cannot be offered, or by responding in a more professional and helpful manner.

To help us investigate this case properly, could you please tell us the name of the manager or representative who communicated with you regarding your request?

We would also like to provide some important context. During the last 4–6 weeks, Hidromek experienced major disruptions caused by a cyberattack affecting their systems. As a result, dealers and suppliers worldwide had very limited access to parts information, pricing, and availability data. In many cases, it was simply impossible to obtain quotations or confirm part availability during that period.

It is possible that this situation was not explained clearly to you when your inquiry was handled, and for that we apologize.

We understand your frustration, especially after you had taken the time to prepare and provide detailed technical information. Once we receive the name of the person who assisted you, we will review the communication internally and investigate what happened.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
