The online booking experience was simple.

Our plane was delayed(unfortunate) but Edinburgh Airport was an absolute nightmare with extraordinary delays at passport control and an even longer wait for our luggage. It took 1 1/2 hours after landing for the luggage to arrive. However the driver kept in touch with us via text and the pick-up and subsequent journey to Aberdeen was smooth. 10 out of 10.

Traveling in the Scottish Highlands for the first time and was not aware how far we would be from Edinburgh Airport. After reviewing and quoting various companies, we found Stonebank Travel online. Compared to other companies, Stonebank Travel provided a decent quote for our one-way trip from Torlundy, Fort William to Edinburgh airport. We received all the details for our trip (driver's name, photo, and his direct phone number; car type; and registration #) once we booked/paid for the reservation. We contacted our driver, Walid, the day before to confirm time and location of pick-up. He came on-time, his driving was comfortable and professional, and his car was also comfortable. He kindly made a stop as requested to use the restroom. Our overall experience using Stonebank Travel and day-of travel was wonderful. One thing to note: the driver dropped us off at the rental car entrance walkway to the airport, so it was about a 5-7 minute walk to the airport terminal-not a problem for us as we only had one piece of luggage for each traveler. Many thanks to Walid for getting us to our destination safely!

Great service, spoken to Jimmy on the telephone,then booked online following his advice, contact was great everything was as I had booked, Theodorus our driver kept in touch was on time and as was requested a mini van with a babyseat. He even played music and a video to keep baby amused. Return Journey was also great.

I contacted Stonebank Travel regarding some airport and train car transfers I needed for a conference I organised in Edinburgh. I worked with Robert who was extremely efficient. The car transfers were for Senior staff and Conference Faculty so reliability was vital. Everything ran very smoothly with excellent organisation and communication.
