10 out of 10. Fantastic company to deal with and very accommodating - we had to delay templating for 3 months! templated on the 30th October - fitted 6th November. Fantastic quality and finish. Very professional complany, would definitely use again.

My builder and i I waited in a whole afternoon for the templaters who when i phoned to check their eta told me they would arrive at 7pm, 2hrs after the appointment window. They then called back and cancelled completely.

When they finally came to fit the worktop the van was missing one piece and another piece was cut incorrectly and now I have been told I have to wait 13 days to get scheduled in for them to finish the job.
None of my plumbing can be finalised and my whole project is held up.

Customer service are slow to communicate and basically have no power to actually help customers. The fitters told me they had the same issue on the job before me, a piece had been cut incorrectly.

I received an email saying the fitters would be with me between 2-5pm for the remedial visit. At 11am they phoned to say they were outside. I explained that I dont live at the property and could get there in an hour as I was at that time at the hospital. When i got out of my appointment and phoned to find out what was going on they told me their next job was in Reading and they wouldn't be back to me today. They told me they had spoken to the office and told them this. When i phoned the office they denied having spoken to the fitters. The office confirmed they will not come back today. Its now nearly 5pm and I have not been contacted regarding when they will be back. Im assuming they are going to offer me something in 2 weeks from now again as they don't allow gaps for remedial visits despite all their mistakes and their fitter's inability to stick to appointment times.

The whole company is a joke. Clearly there is an issue at the factory with following the technical drawings and there is an issue with whoever is responsible for scheduling. Mistakes happen and the schedule should have gaps to allow for remedial visits. And why are fitters turning up at 11am when customers have been told between 2 and 5pm?! The left arm doesn't know what the right arm is doing. This is basic stuff. When you speak to customer service they have no power or authority to do anything. You may as well be talking to yourself. The company has no respect for people's time or busy lives.

Despite the cost Stone Synergy isnt professional enough to be on top of any of this....

Highly recommend, professional all round from sales to install. Great finish by installers Danny and Matt as well, who were helpful and did a very neat job.

Danny and Matt were absolute stars! The entire experience was lovely - straight from sales all the way to installation. Really impressed, great service and good value!

Excellent service, from beginning to end. Nick made the ordering process very easy and simple, helped with any questions I had. Danny and Matt then templated and fitted the worktops, they were clean, tidy and polite lads. Nothing was to much for them, and helped with any questions i had about brackets for my breakfast bar over hang, their finishing touches really made the worktops stand out.

Fantastic from start to finish! Have had a beautiful ceramic worktop and island fitted for a fraction of the cost quoted anywhere else. The service and communication from the whole team has been excellent. Everything from samples and advice through to template measuring and installation was flawless. Great service and really lovely people. Highly recommend!

We did lots of research on where to purchase the quartz from for our new kitchen, we are so pleased that we finally opted for Stone Synergy to carry out the work.
From initial contact to the day of fitting the whole experience was superb. The young lady in the Tickhill showroom was very pleasant and helpful providing us with a couple of samples to take away.

A date and time was agreed for the templates, Danny and Matt arrived promptly. What a brilliant pair of fellas they are, courteous, friendly demonstrating total respect for our property, they also have a great sense of humour, we felt very comfortable having them in our home.

Fitting was undertaken by Danny and Matt exactly one week after their first visit, we were amazed with the short timescale.
On the day of fitting we were given a window of time for their arrival, they arrived within that given slot. The whole process was completed in approximately 3 hours.

Firstly we are so pleased with our choice of quartz, it looks stunning.
Danny and Matt are true professionals at what they do, they work brilliantly together with total precision, the attention to detail is exceptional and it shows in the end result, we couldn't be happier.

We found the visit to the factory showroom at Wakefield very beneficial. They have large slabs of quartz on display which makes the decision process much easier.

We would definitely recommend Stone Synergy to family and friends.

Nick Rodgers was the representative who dealt with my purchase from stone synergy and he made the experience smooth, easy and his help and patience was unparalleled. This was the best purchase experience from start to finish, including both the measuring and installation teams. Every single person I dealt with was friendly, helpful and an absolute delight a credit to the full team. The product quality was better than I could have ever imagined also (I went for the cloudy concrete stone worktop) and it is incredible, the only thing I will say is the samples do not do justice to the final product so please trust that their products are the best on the market. I would give 6 stars if I could! I will also be using stone synergy again for all future projects.

Excellent from start to finish. The help at the outset , in planning the order, was good. The measuring and fitting by Danny and Matt was extremely well done, it looks marvellous. They are a very cheerful and pleasant duo as well ,which all helps!

We have had LOTS of problems with our extension and new kitchen so it is really refreshing to get a product and service at the opposite end of the scale.

We did a lot of research before deciding on Stone Synergy, including a drive up to Yorkshire to see the slabs for ourselves (well worth the drive!). All of the staff have been brilliant (and very patient - we had to delay a number of times).

When it came to the templating and fitting, Danny and Matt were brilliant. Professional, friendly, knowledgable, thorough and arrived on time.

They've been back today (just 8 days after the templating) and, again, were absolutely amazing. The product itself is stunning but, just as importantly for me, was the top-end service that they provided.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Stone Synergy.

We had trouble deciding which company to use for our quartz worktops, some had poor samples, some were very expensive and others had bad reviews etc. After reading the Stone Synergy reviews on Trustpilot we decided to contact them. Everything from start to finish has been good including the price.
Danny and Matt were great, they talked us through the pro's and cons when they came to do the templates for our old 1880's house (no two walls are the same). On fitting day we still changed our mids on certain aspects of the design but the guys were very helpful and understanding.
The final result is great.... thanks to all.
