Miss Balaratnam is amazing and her knowledge and understanding of all the treatments are quite extraordinary. At the age of 55 I looked 10 + years older. After years of outdoor living, heavy sun damage, rosacea and VERY visible marionette lines I had hoped I could get a quick fix!

After my first thorough consultation Sherina asked what MY concerns were and she really listened. After the consultation Sherina recommended a tailored treatment plan - an IS Clinical skincare regime and a course of HydraFacial / Oxygen Facial treatments. This alone made such a difference to my skin health.
18 months on, I have just completed a course of Profhilo and not a day goes by without someone commenting on how good my skin looks - it’s quite unbelievable. Then you have the added technology of the VISIA digital skin analysis that shows you the results, both on and beneath the skin - you can visible see the results, (in my case are quite amazing)

When I first went to S-Thetics I was hoping for a miracle (haha!) but actually I got one. I can’t express how pleased I am.

I am so pleased to have this opportunity to leave a review of Miss Balaratnam’s skills. She is my secret weapon against the signs of ageing, her skills are quite extraordinary. At age 76 I do not want to have a plastic 50-year old face, I just want to look good for my age, and it’s clear from the results of my treatment that she understands exactly what I want.
I have a 100+ mile round trip to see her, but I would not feel confident going anywhere else - it’s a matter of trust.

Been going to S-Thetics for a while now. The service continues to astound me - excellent. And this is after having paid for a number of sessions in advance - so in a way, no incentive to keep treating me so well - but they do. Great location, super clean and state-of-the-art set-up.

S-Thetics is an exceptional clinic the staff make you feel so welcome and the atmosphere in the clinic is just lovely. No matter who I talk to, the S-Thetics team really know how to address my questions - they are all so amazing. It’s so lovely to feel I’m not on this journey alone, they are all with me every step of the way, complimenting me on my results. I recently completed a course of hydro facials and I’m now undergoing picosure to address the pigmentation on my cheeks. After only two treatments the results have been amazing. I can honestly say the results Dr Sherina Balaratnam said I could expect are now visibly happening and I couldn’t be more pleased. Dr Sherina Balaratnam is an amazing person she has managed my expectation throughout my treatments and what I should expect at each stage. Been looking to get hydra facial for a while and someone recommended S-Thetics and I am so glad they did. The service here is really great, they are so knowledgable about all the treatments they offer and they are there to offer you any help/ recommendations for any concerns you have.

Would definitely recommend going here, even if you aren't sure what you need they will be able to provide you with all the information on what ever your concern is.

This is ultimately the best clinic in England. I have been going for over 5 years and I have even moved house further away and still come here. They put your needs first and do not just pump fillers in, they are a different class to other clinics and you will look a different class because of it. I have been visiting the S-Thetics Clinic in Beaconsfield since 2020. After a very thorough consultation, my journey started off with injectables (for my stubborn frown line!) and then progressed on to my skincare journey. I have been using the IS Clinical range (which is just incredible!) and I’ve just started (today!) my HydraFacial journey. I was astounded by the results after just one session & it totally blew me away! I’m so excited to see my progress & results. Miss Balaratnum is amazing! Amazing! I suffered from painful acne most of my life and S-THETICS was my last hope. After 2 treatments my acne disappeared. I also had red skin due to an allergic reaction I had some years ago. I had the Emsculpt-Neo treatment before my wedding.
I was absolutely over the moon with the results and overwhelmed by the visible reduction.
Every step was explained in detail and even when I fell ill between treatments (Covid), Sherina couldn’t do enough to get me back on track.

I had the emsculpt neo treatment in prep for my wedding. I was nervous to begin with as I didn’t know what to expect but I was put at ease immediately. Having been loyal to a clinic in Harley Street for many years I decided to take the plunge and visit S-thetics. I have been very impressed by the care, professionalism and expertise of Miss Balaratnam and her team. Their aftercare is also superlative, which for me, is equally important as the initial treatment experience.

I had a series of EM Sculpt NEO treatments to firm up my tummy and make it look less prominent. And it worked wonderfully well, I was surprised at the result! My tummy looked firmer, flatter and even my waistline had some benefit. All this is especially rewarding as I am 75 years old. There was no pain, only a slightly strange feeling with the contractions and hammering. Dr Sherina and her team were wonderful, helpful and friendly. Dr S is a great leader to her team, constantly advising, teaching and updating them. I have had to move away from the area for personal reasons, but I shall travel back to S-Thetics for other treatments as I think they provide excellent service and results.
