Order picking error and less than optimal customer service
I received 12x the ordered quantity of two items due to an error by the picker and the person who checked(?) the order. I notified Steroplast of the mistake. A flurry of emails ensued, one even arriving while I was responding to the previous one. Eventually I received a postage label in a Pdf file to enable return of the excess items, but it would not print. As it was the weekend, having identified a problem with the way the pdf had been created, I had to convert the pdf to another format so that I could print the postage label. If a supplier makes a mistake, the customer should not be inconvenienced.

Me having messed up making my order and getting only half of what I expected, I was contacted by the company who made a great effort to ensure the total order was received. Great customer service. I am extremely happy with my "whole" burns first aid kit. thank you for taking the time to help me.
