Called for a clinical waste collection recently spoke to a lady called Emma, I was impressed how fast and efficient she was dealing with my problem. Wanted to say a thanks

I’ve been trying to cancel my contract with Stericycle for over 4 months

No one answers my emails
And when I get through to someone on the phone they suddenly can’t deal with it!
All I get is an email from a different customer service representative each time to say “i’m sorry this is the service you have received” and then no offers to rectify the problem or process my contract cancellation
Its madness
I JUST WANT TO LEAVE!!!

Update: Your reply below is not true - I have said this already you just replied to me to say you are sorry and I still cant leave! Just cancel my contract - thats all I want

If I could give less stars I would.

This has to be one of the most unprofessional companies we have ever dealt with.

1. They fail to turn up when scheduled and try to charge for it
2. They try to charge for items/collections that are nothing to do with us and refused to take our rubbish if we would not sign to say we have the bin that we didn't have.
3. They try to charge for bins that we have never received
4. They do not respond to complaints without constant persistence- ours is over 3 years old
5. They misinform you on the phone and blame staff training for incorrect information given.
6. You speak to so many different people and have to explain again and again and then get passed around the whole office.
7. I have to chase for 6 months for an actual invoice as they only provided statements then wanted to charge us for sending out an invoice.

I would not recommend this company or wish this company on anyone.

The only consolation we had is that once there was a regular driver he was lovely and he hated the company as much as we did

Problem still ongoing now they are threatening us even though we still haven't had updated invoices

Been using stericycle for a few years now and could not fault. From Susan our Accounts Manager to all the guys on the runs doing pick ups, everyone is lovely. Susan definately knows her stuff and is always there when I have questions or need support!

Dean Storey took ownership of our mobilisation issues and fully explained both verbally and in a follow up email of actions taking or taken place. A great customer services representative.

We are currently changing supplier and could not recommend highly enough, Susan has been a pleasure to deal with.

Deborah Blood was excellent in her help for me today. I'd received an email regarding digital waste tracking but she checked it out for me and let me know, to my relief, that Stericycle would sort everything out for us. Great, prompt, friendly service.

Stefan is fantastic, who swiftly and successfully resolved the query. I highly commend his excellent telephone manner, along with his overall helpfulness and efficiency. Very many thanks, once more, from a very satisfied client.

Great service from Daniele! He was friendly and sorted out my ongoing 3 week problem in less than 2 hours! Sadly I'm still waiting for my Mcdonalds order we discussed.. but I'm sure it will come at some point.

I've been using them for 10 years, this is a very professional company. Customer service is excellent, especially Adele was very helpful on the phone when I had some enquiries, following up with a phone call to make sure I'm happy and my problem was sorted.

Sent email to customer services asking for some documents we required. Had a prompt and friendly response. Queries resolved within 24 hours. Thanks Mark White!

Gp surgery, requested removal of old sharps & soiled waste bins from premises. Response very quick and bins collected within 2 days.
Great service and person I dealt with extremely polite and helpful.

Grace was fantastic in dealing with my account query — she took the time to listen, understand what was needed and quickly set about resolving it. We are a large site with lots of moving parts, but Grace not only sorted the issue but also put corrective actions in place. No long wait on the phone either — really impressed with the service!
