I ordered a lock picking tool back in December 2025 and they told me it was being shipped from the USA. Sent me lots of emails about where it was. Sent me a tracking number but the site could not find my package. They then directed me to another tracking site but that also was not able to find my package either. They keep saying it has been delayed due to customs etc. but it is not true. I have asked for my money back but they keep saying the item is still in transit. I wish i had checked them out before ordering but i trusted Facebook to vet their advertisers which they dont.! All they care about is their advertising revenue.! I have checked several ads on FB many of which are scammers but FB dont care. Sad world.!

I ordered from them a battery starter with compressor and instead of that they sent me a battery charger. I am trying to explain to them what they did and they are trying to make me look stupid. I send pictures of my order and pictures of what they send but NO...keep saying its what i ordered. They are trying to refund me $6 so i shut up.

This company is a scam.The item i purchased was advertised on Facebook. I placed my order it took for ever to come.And wants i received the item i was so disappointed it wasn't what was advertised. I was overcharged and if I want to return the item I must pay the shipping costs so unfair. Facebook needs to ban item.

If I could give this company or website -0 review I would. It is SCAM company that will overcharge you and not even deliver the item you requested. They don't tell you where the item is coming from and there's no customer service. I order an item and never got it exchanged or refunded. If you like giving away your money than I would highly recommend using these scam artist.
