I've been in recovery for over 15 years, and have had ups and downs. Most offices just treat you as a number. But at Step Free Recovery, they actually care about you as a person and will do what ever it takes to get you the help needed. So glad I found this place because I was close to falling off. But they got me the help I needed and were in no way judgemental about it. So thankful Step Free Recovery, check them out you won't be disappointed!!!!

The people REALLY CARE about their clients. Great customer service skills as well. Everyone I have come into contact with has been very friendly and always willing to help in any way they can. This is over all an amazing company and I am very blessed to have been told about them. Val and Kevin are EXCELLENT!!! I could not have asked for a better place and there is nothing I feel they should do differently. I would recommend them to anybody.

Val is an extremely caring, experienced, and knowledgeable medical professional. She is able to direct and guide you throughout whatever your situation may be using up-to-date science and medicine, real world experience, and a great deal of empathy and care. Kevin and her make up an excellent team that is sure to help many people on their road to recover.

Everyone is wonderful and you can tell they really care! Valeriya and Kevin were amazing I definitely recommend for anyone looking for great and expeditious care.

When I first contacted Step Free Recovery I didn't know what to expect. I was in a pretty bad predicament, I first spoke to Kevin which he listened to everything I was going through. He then got me set up with Dr Gessner and within a week we had come up with a plan together to get me the help that I need. I felt hopeless before finding Step Free Recovery but now I feel like I am on the right path! I highly recommend!!!!

I can say without a doubt that what Val and Kevin did for my husband was an actual miracle. He has been on HEAVY pain meds for over 30 years and was suddenly cut off without assistance. I found the number for Step Free Recovery and took a chance. I truly figured it wasn't legit and we would get scammed, but I was so so wrong. It was a Friday night and Val stayed on the phone with us until nearly midnight guiding my husband through the most terrifying moment in his life. NO ONE does that! But Val did. She continued to monitor him throughout the weekend without delay and he came through better than anyone could have expected. This was nothing short of a miracle for us and I truly believe God directed us to her. There's no other explanation.

My experience with step free recovery was amazing, the two agents I spoke with were very polite, and very helpful pertaining to me getting my medicine in a timely manner. They returned my calls promptly,listened to me very well, and answered all of my questions accurately and with honesty. It was very convenient for me and they treated me like I am family. I really appreciate all that they have done and will do for me. I would recommend this company to anyone I know who would need this type of assistance. Highly recommend!!

I needed to change providers and I got a consultation that day. By the next day I already had my prescription. My job requires travel and odd work hours so their set up caters to my life, unlike the other provider I had before. I have been getting my medication and visits free the last three years but the switch was well worth the cost.

In 2001 I had a son and became addicted to pain meds which completely controlled and destroyed my life for the next almost 23 years. That stopped when I found Step Free Recovery with Val & Kevin. I never dreamed looking for a Dr in my area to help me with methadone would lead me to where I'm at today. I live in a small town so there's not many docs who prescribe Suboxone here so I'm so lucky to have found Val. When I found Step Free online I thought it sounded too good to be true so I proceeded to seek out reviews. After reading some I thought, "Are these fake?" I'm here to tell you they are NOT fake. I remember thinking to myself 'you take outrageous risks by taking pills from a drug dealer with no knowledge of what's in them but you won't take a risk that might lead you to recovery?' So I decided to call and within 2 hours I was beginning the process and was withdrawal free by the next morning. I still can' t believe I am free. I cannot say enough about Step Free. They saved my life; I truly mean that. My intention was to use them to get stable and then move on. I am so impressed with them that I am here until THEY tell me I am ready. It is the great obsession of every addict to avoid withdrawal...days and days of depression and pain. The method used by Step Free is nothing short of a miracle. I still pinch myself that this is real. I am truly off those disgusting pills and it happened literally overnight. I will never forget waking up (yes, I actually slept!) with no w/d symptoms and wondering if I died because this just can't be real!! Thank you Step Free from the bottom of my heart. She took time speaking to me, helping me, offering help & giving options, and explained how things worked, and explaining everything to me… she didn’t rush thru it. Valeriya and Kevin are very attentive to any questions and concerns I have regarding my medication being that this was my first time getting this type of treatment I didn’t know what to expect but they both made it a priority to make sure my transition was as smooth as possible. These people are AMAZING!!!! They care about you, your treatment, and stay in constant contact with you. If you have trouble at the pharmacy, you can call right then and there and they will get it handled. Never experienced anything like it. They have given me my life back.
