I joined StepExcel Academy for my USMLE Step 1 preparation and it has been a great learning experience. Dr. Taher’s teaching style integrates First Aid, UWorld, NBME concepts, and other high-yield material in a very clear and structured way. My name is Dr Harshita Singh. I am an old IMG mom. I graduated in 2014. I started my preparation very long ago but I had given up on my USMLE journey 4 years ago after struggling with low scores although I tried multiple resources. Before i found out about Dr Taher’s USMLE program, i was in a dead end for my step preparation. I started Dr Taher’s step 1 course in November 2024. And as the course progressed, my uWorld scores started improving as well. His approach to the study material is very unique.

During his course he integrated all the subjects whenever needed in such a way that i stopped missing questions frequently.
