Stella was really great for me. I had my phone stolen while in Thailand and the claiming process was super quick and easy. Everyone I spoke to was super nice and was able to get my money within a week to any nominated bank account (which was super good as I had been locked out of my bank account with all my travelling money).
100% will be using again

I required assistance on some questions (that upon searching I found I could easily get myself) but Jessica made everything feel really easy and ensured I didn’t feel bad (as most women end up doing) for asking questions. Thanks jess for your kind words and your assistance

It was such an easy process, from seeing what the insurance covers compared to others to paying for it. And, even better, I paid less than what I was quoted without changing a thing!

The customer service was great. No issues at all. I was just a little disappointed that with your change in underwriters that my vehicle was not insured for a month and the premium had significantly increased.

Paying a high price after my small bing against the towbar of another car!

Although we hadn't heard of Stella insurance, I spoke to Kayla the first time to find out more about the company

Pleasant operator. All done in a very quick amount of time. Was just changing my policy to another vehicle. Both Stella and previously Kayla were great to deal with.

I was with Stella last year. However I received an email that says
"However, due to our transition to a new underwriter, we are unfortunately unable to offer comprehensive car insurance renewals at this time, In the meantime, you will need to secure alternative car insurance coverage before your current policy expires. "
I found this email one month later and this more than 30 days gap make it hard to find a insurer. They didn't even confirm with me or sent me a official mail for the discontinued policy. Such a terrible and unreliable company.

The staff are very knowledgeable in what there talking about . I recently got an email from them and I was a little confused so I called and they set my mind at rest within minutes.

These nice reviews are probably fake i guess ‼️. This is the worst company anyone would ever have to entangle themselves with. I have never written a review for any company, but I’m pushed to write one.
I had an accident with my car last year june, and it’s over a year yet my case has not been resolved and closed. It took Stella insurance 10 months to determine that I wasn’t at fault. My car stayed in the mechanic for more than 5 months. It Came back and engine light was on, the Air conditioner coolant was broken and wasn’t fixed and the door where the impact occurred couldn’t open. The never reach out to communicate situations, the take ages to respond to question’s and emails. Each time I ring them, the staff act ignorant and I get questioned all over again. I got stressed and traumatised from dealing with Stella.
Last month I was informed that the other party was found reliable, yet I have not gotten a response for my car excess repayment and refund for my car hire. Who knows??? It will probably take 2 years to get my refund. I incurred so much bills upon bills on car hire while waiting for my claim to be resolved. And I’m not sure if I would be getting a refund from the other party. Stella insurance is a nightmare of an insurance and I would advise anyone against using them. Don’t be deceived by the fake good reviews you are seeing on this page, and don’t let the low cost insurance deceive you. The stress and trauma is never worth it. This is the worst experience ever I have encountered In my life

Well thats not very good news, especially reading all your reviews that has been added a few days ago! When you can’t insure your car anymore!
