The company gives great advise and is always available to answer any questions I put to them. Joe is my accounts manager and he is diligent and extremely professional in his appearance and manner.
He is persistent but I was impressed that he took the time from his recent holiday to Thailand to visit me in Cambodia.

Good experience overall. Zack was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The only reason for 4 stars is the KYC and solicitor checks took a bit of time and involved a few documents, but knowing everything goes through an FCA-regulated solicitor did make it feel very secure.
