Really good local company. Fast, reliable and trustworthy. Really competitive price, no difficult sell, excellent product and good, smooth fast installation. None of the rubbish sell of a national company - cut right through the rubbish sales tactics to give you a great price, with great product to match just as they promised! Will defo use again!!

Operatives cheerful and polite despite the poor weather. Kept informed at each stage, job left near and tidy.

Very effcient fitting, very little disruption and the windows look good.

I called Staywarm after seeing their reviews and got 3 rotten windows replaced. It was a fair price and the lads did a great job and left the house tidy. I will definitely be using them for the rest next year.

workers good job done when promised only problem was getting the scaffold removed took about 5 weeks scaffolder said he was not notified for about 3 weeks and he was busy so could not come till he did. Otherwise no problems.

1 large window was installed well, but 10 new double glazed units were badly installed and were subject to 2 remedial visits and on 3rd visit all 10 units were removed and re-installed again by senior fitters almost 6 months after initial installation.
Despite numerous requests for correct Fensa certificate this was still not issued 6 months after installation, lots of excuses, an "oversight" lies and cover-ups. In the end we contacted Fensa and were told the facts, which I cannot share as Staywarm Energy objected to my review because I told the truth.
No apologies, just lies and evasive comments and responses. 6 months of hassle and stress, which at 80+ we could do without.
Beware of cold callers. Avoid this firm for a stress free life.

Staywarm were very polite,very professional,very truthful,
They gave me a price,told me what they would do,when they would do it,and how long it would take.to be honest when they said they would it was not held to.
They did it earlier.which is even better.
Very quick,very professional,very reasonable and above all a very good end result in the job they did on my windows.
I will be using them again for sure,no doubts what so ever.

In June, we commissioned Staywarm Energy to spearhead the new conservatory project, from scratch to completion. Staywarm Energy provides us with a turn-key solution including Building Work, Roof, Plastering, Electric, Flooring, Tiling and Painting so that we didn’t have to deal with different suppliers. Our conservatory was completed in early August, 2023. The overall project management is exceptional with seamless integration from one task to another. Martin and his team are very professional, polite and able to provides us with quick turnaround time. The payment term of four instalments settled in different project stage is fair. In addition, their window and door installations come with a 10-year guarantee and Lifetime Guarantee for Maxitherm+ Insulated Glass Units. The only area leaves much to be desired is the painting.

Good non pushy salesman, straight quote with options, found right product /price point, fitted when promised v quickly and came back to tweak slightly when requested. Great job.

We had a mixed experience as there were set backs along the way with bad weather. Although I found the owner helpful and their staff professional, their contracted bricklayer was very slow and caused a few problems. We are more than happy with the result but be prepared for delays.

What can I say, I really made a good decision to get Stay Warm involved. They were brilliant from the start, they worked hard and turned up when they said they would and did a full day’s work. Martin, Jodie (office Gem),Jamie, Dane and Peter were great and did a fantastic job.

I had 4 new windows installed into my apartment. Richard came to look at my windows and measure them up. Then I needed to have a survey for the scaffolding. After the survey, Jodie phoned to organise a date for the work. From start to finish Staywarm Energy have kept me informed about time frame. There was a setback with having my windows installed on the day agreed as there was issues with scaffolders having people off sick. Jodie phoned me a couple of days beforehand to tell me this. We agreed another date which suited me fine. The day before the windows were due to be installed the scaffolding went up. There customer service is very good. The day before my installation, I received a phone call from Liam to see what was the best time they could come the following day to install the windows. Liam and Nathan both arrived at the time agreed and started straight away. Both of them were very polite, friendly and they tidied up after themselves. Due to the windows being installed on a Saturday, the scaffolding got removed on Monday.

I can already feel a difference in keeping the warmth into my apartment as I have also had extra insulation put into the loft which was also done by Staywarm Energy earlier on in the year.

I would highly recommend Staywarm Energy.

Just had newwindow panes and new front door we are so pleased with them first class service from Start to finish the lads that came to fit were lovely courteous and extremly tidy this is the second time we have used stay warm and we are so pleased with replacement kitchen windows we had them back to do rest of house.

Had boiler installed today by Liam. He was very helpful and did a great job. Place was left clean and tidy and talked me through the whole process. Nothing was any trouble he just got on with the job
