Excellent sofabed! Requested fabric samples and received them within a couple of days. Made the order, and experienced a fantastic delivery service, as well as a fantastic product.

Absolutely fabulous sofa bed! We all love it, not sure how we survived with it. Big enough to fit our family of 3, there is enough space for all of us sitting and enjoying family movies together. Stylish, nice vibrant color, extremely comfortable and looks lovely in our living room. My small suggestion is that there could be options for purchasing additional cushions, that will make it even more comfortable. Didn’t use the bed option yet, but I’m sure will be nice, big and comfortable. It was assembled from very friendly and polite team as well.

The whole process of buying this sofa from start to finish has been brilliant. Their customer service is unmatched and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a sofa bed. We have had our corner sofa bed for a couple of weeks now and we are confident we made the perfect choice. It is firm but comfortable, a perfect height, easy to use and just beautiful. It is worth every penny it costs.

Honestly the best sofa and I'm very fussy! It's firm which is great, and the fit is great. Particularly impressed with range of widths as the sofa is in a bay window which had proven to be tricky. It also cleans really well as the husband has already spilt wine on it! No marks, nothing! The customer service team were also excellent. Prompt delivery too

Quick to send out samples. All lovely materials. Ordered the corner sofa. They are made to order so there is a lengthy delivery time, but worth it and they are very professional. Great quality and looks fantastic with useful storage.

Fabulous sofa. Delivered with care. We bought this sofa due to need to sleep down stairs once a week when my step son is over. The bed part of the sofa is so comfortable. It is easy to transition from a bed to a sofa and vice versa. Would highly recommend if anyone is looking for a reliable sofa bed.

Great experience. Communication really good. Kept up to date with updates on my order. Sofa is gorgeous and very good quality. Bed is really comfy too! Delivery was prompt and the set up by the team was super! Both members of the delivery team were polite and respectful. They removed their shoes upon entering my home and they gave me a demonstration of how to covert the sofa into a bed. Cannot fault anything! Buying furniture online is always bit of a gamble and one can only hope you get the quality you hope for without physically going to a store to try them out. In this case we were absolutely delighted to experience the luxurious feel of this comfy sofa. Best buy this year!!

Update December 2025

After having the sofa for 3-4 months we noticed the sofa was starting to creak quite loudly. I contacted customer services (CS) in Nov 2024 to see if this is normal but they informed me that it definitely is not. I then was in on and off contact with CS about fixing this. I sent many overly detailed emails explaining where the creaking is coming from in the frame. They decided to replace the seat which ended up making the creaking even worse. Ultimately, the whole sofa was replaced in April 2025. It took a long time but we were glad the issue was resolved. Customer services were great throughout this process.

Now we’re in December 2025 and for the last month or so the sofa has been creaking loudly again and found that the backrest of the ‘L’ is now wobbly and moving. We’ve contacted CS again and are awaiting a response which will probably be after the new year.

We’re just disappointed with the quality and longevity of this sofa as we absolutely love everything else about it. We went off the excellent reviews the company has and although the customer service advisors are excellent we’re not sure if the sofa is in the long run.

We’ve had our Hugo corner sofa bed for a few weeks now and could not be more pleased with it. It’s super comfy to sit and sleep on! The bed is massive, so there’s plenty of space for friends and family to stay over. It’s very easy to pull out to make the bed and the extra storage under the ‘L’ and seating is perfect for cushion storage and other things like blanket. The delivery and assembly of the sofa was very professional as well. It was definitely worth the wait and we would 100% recommend it!

After looking at sofabeds from several different companies I chose a corner sofa from Stay In Bed. This is for everyday use as a sofa and occasionally as a bed. I'm really happy with my choice, the velvet is beautifully soft, the sofa's firm but comfy (if you after a squishy sofa this isn't the one for you) - perfect for lounging on and the customer service is excellent.

Having had numerous sleepless nights on various sofa beds I took my time choosing one for my own guests. This bed is amazingly comfortable and just as good as my beloved traditional bed. This company went out of their way to help me choose ,forwarding all the fabric samples and then meeting me at their showroom facility to talk through options. The sofa was ready early and delivered by a logistics team whose attention to detail was second to none. The settee was assembled in the room it will live and they took all the packaging away having carefully inspected the sofa with me. It was such a lovely stress free experience.
