Un apartamento muy bien situado, bien amueblado y ademas tuvimos muy buena comunicacion con los encargados de alquilar la casa.

Not impressed - Staybeyond rent the flat above mine. The other week, there was a flood from up there and Staybeyond's response was slow, very slow in fact, extremely slow really. Plus pretty inefficient. They don't seem to care about the service they offer in terms of maintaining their holiday flats. Many more examples on the Amazon reviwes.

We stayed in London for 5 days and the Staybeyond team made our experience that much more comfortable. We initially struggled to find our keys but the team were on hand to help an we found them quickly. They were quick to respond when we had a problem with the boiler and had a handyman visit us on the same day. I will book with them for my next visit to London

Would not recommend. We contacted early to find out if there would be more than one set of keys seen as we had 4 couples needing to come and go. They responded to say there would be one set per person so we went ahead with the booking. We arrived to find one set of keys and they have since not compensated us for the issue this caused as. Do not stay with stay beyond. We booked through Airbnb however they have also not been helpful.

The time we have stayed was great. We satisfied with the quick feedback and kind communication of the team. There is big supermarket nearby flat and it was quite place. I would like to recomment to visit here.

House in great location; close to everything Cambridge has to offer, yet peaceful. Very well equipped and comfortable.

Perfect Home for a City Trip. We spend 5 days with our family of 5. close to everything in London: Restaurants, public Transfer, grocery and Parks.

The house is spectacular and gives us a great holiday experience in London. We encounter some issue with the facilities in the house but Stay Beyond helped us solved it. They pick up calls and reply emailed.

Really easy to book and property exceeded expectations.

We enjoyed our stay, the team was helpful and accommodating. The staybeyond team is helpful and attentive. I do share that it is a slight challenge to get in touch with them, but once you do it is excellent service.
However the refund on deposit did take longer than promised, was 3 weeks, but in the end I would use again.
