I finally got a $550 refund.
The best they offered for my 15 emails was 50 per cent and keep the products.
I did not accept.
Despite various threats to contact Chinese and Australian consumer affairs boards, the only correspondence that made them move immediately was to contact Visa and request chargeback due to falsifying goods

I placed an order for four fire alarms worth $100. First, they failed to deliver the items for over six months, and then suddenly marked the order as “delivered.”

In Dubai, deliveries are very easy to verify — we have a concierge in the building, so if a courier actually brings a package, it is always recorded. Naturally, no delivery ever took place.

When I contacted them and asked either to deliver the items or issue a refund, they refused, claiming the delivery had already been confirmed. Of course, they provided no proof — simply because none exists.

This feels like a complete scam. They took $100 and falsely marked the order as delivered.

Very disappointing experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this company and not make any purchases from this website.

Absolutely a scam, the item ordered was garbage, poor quality, a joke really but costing $76 aud plus $26 return postage!
After 7 months from leaving Australia for China my parcel has come back to haunt me lol!
It was tracked as far as customs in China but obviously the address I was given to return it to didn’t exist! In the bin now, only place suitable for it! Expensive lesson learned!

RUN! Save your money. My daughter wanted headphones from this place. Took weeks to arrive. When I asked for a refund suddenly they were posted yet no tracking number given. Box completely crushed. Quality of headphones so poor they are unuseable. Don't waste your time and money. Deep regret!

Ordered a jacket from this site. Waited 6 weeks for a piece of garbage to turn up at my door. Item looked nothing like advertised. Avoid this store at all costs.

O stars. 0 response to requests to return an order that arrived 6 weeks after order so no longer needed (on top of looking like a cheap $5 item when priced over $200). Appalling.

Absolute SCAM! They have now changed their name from "State of Style" to "No Worries - Sydney" which is located in China! I purchased a two piece loungwear set for $90! You can;t even wear it! The fabric is extremely thin and the construction is disgusting. The stitching and finishing are rushed and all uneven. It is completely different to how it was represented online and not the quality I would expect for a $90 item. I wouldn't use them as a cleaning cloth! DO NOT BUY FROM STATE OF STYLE OR NO WORRIES - SYDNEY.

Ordered a children’s 2-in-1 Ride-On Scooter Suitcase with LED Wheels for my son’s birthday. Delivery policy is 4-7 business days. Arrived in 37 days. It was stuck in customs for weeks and “Sara” just kept thanking me for my patience. I had to give it as a Christmas present instead cause it missed my son’s birthday. Handle kept falling off. Board is completely unstable. Case is peeling the plastic coating. And when I had to pick it up because my son couldn’t stop crying, I cut my hand on the sharp plastic on the underside.
I asked for a refund, but was told it has exceeded the 30 days return policy. Therefore I was never going to be able to get a refund cause it was delivered 37 days after purchase.

100% scam.

Terrible, fake products, go not buy from this online store. I bought 3 jumpers advertised as cashmere, only 2 arrived, both polyester crap. After many emails & photos sent to them. They offered a 15% refund, I still haven’t received the 3rd jumper.

An absolute scam. It's impossible to return packages to this company. Just try it and find out for yourself.

Products are cheap rubbish. Paid $200 for two jackets, saw the quality and tried returning them. Paid another $30 to post the items and it couldn't get delivered to the address they sent me. Loss if $230.

My mistake not checking the reviews first.

They are a scam site. I have been waiting so long for my order and they keep saying it’s coming but the address on my order is not the address I gave them originally they have left half of it out. Don’t use them. I am going to action a refund that they better pay back.

You will receive a product if you order something, but not what you asked for or the sizing is wrong. Unfortunately I sent the item back to China at a cost of £20.70! Stupid on my part, I know.
I wish I had kept the product (gent’s waistcoat) and sold it on Vinted or something.

I found what i recieved ( a smart watch) the same as the one advertised. I am happy with my purchase. It was in excellent condition.

SCAM WEBSITE. As others have said do not order from them. They use AI images of their products so what I received was completely different to the image and shockingly poor quality. I've lost £44 because the return would cost be over £20 to send back to Hong Kong and I'm not prepared to lose that as well because it's clear from other reviews that I wouldn't get a refund anyway. The item I've been sent isn't even worth £20. I'm very upset about this and my bank have refused to do a charge back despite the experiences of all the reviewers here.

Company’s a scam, they sent me a broken portable bottlewarmer and have since declined to refund me. It’s been 4 months and I keep trying to contact their customer service but I keep getting put through to AI. This company does not have an easy return policy like they state, they will do anything to avoid refunding you. Absolute scam, do not purchase anything from this website.

One star is too much but no option for zero or minus!! Sara is clearly an AI bot! So there is no customer service for this scam company. The products are of the worst quality and buyers have zero chance of a refund if unhappy with purchase so my advice, avoid and don’t waste your money or time!!!!

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Ordered two “zen nest” hammock swings, for $180! So stretchy that the kids just drop to the floor when in them. Currently refusing a refund and continual AI responses. Absolute rubbish products

TOTAL SCAM!!! The item I received was clearly a fake and cheap version, totally lying on the description on their product. I tried to get a refund but was only getting emails back clearly written by AI, so you're pretty much talking to a wall.

Don’t know how they’ve managed it but I have a UK Royal Mail tracking number that legitimately works but the parcel has been on a 48hour delivery for 4 weeks. Asked ‘Sara’ to consider the delivery lost in transit but she won’t. Only cost £30, most people probably just let it go and that’s how they get away with it.
