This company rescheduled my pick 3 times in three days and was still late - knowing my storage unit closed early. The. Left for “tape” at Walmart-give minute drive-and returned about an hour later.

They then charged me to hold the furniture overnight. Over 3.5 hours late the next morning. Would only accept cash or a direct deposit to their movers.

Almost every piece of my mother’s antique furniture was damaged due to their packaging and mishandling. Now, I cannot post a bad review on their website, nor can I get them to return a call or answer emails.

Horrific experience …compounded by the fact that my mother had just died weeks before! Do NOT use this service.

Legal ramifications to follow.

Worst Experience ever - final price was 2x the initial quote, very slow service, additional charges not included in the original quote: elevator charge, charge for walking more than 75ft, insurance for delivery to the building (requirement very common in florida)... was ghosted by customer/sales agent when I called to question the total invoice.

These people are crooks . They moved me from Florida to New Jersey and all of my stuff showed up soaking wet. TV’s , bed, couch, chairs , paintings , photos . Everything is destroyed. They lied and said they have $10k insurance but are only willing to give me $500. The move cost me over $2k, they won’t even refund that. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Every single thing is ruined. And now they won’t answer my calls or emails. Do NOT use this company. They are the worst . I have pictures of everything.
